She screamed something vague about a sister company--not Superior Plus--, so if you call them, this other company is hiding behind the small-town Salem Propane name and reputation. I couldn't figure out the 3 step process to get it back on. I called Youngstown Propane assuming that I had a problem in the line and needed a repair. The guy that answered walked me through the process and it was relit in about 10 minutes. If I ever need anything propane related, this place will get my first look and will have an advantage. We only fill our 100 gallon tank once a year. We were with Thrifty until this year and switched because of the poor customer support. Ferrellgas has a real person to answer the phone.
