When I demanded an itemized breakdown, the price dropped to $971, but it included a mandatory 2-hour diagnostic fee ($149/hr). Because I brought the mower in with a clearly diagnosed, isolated issue, a lengthy diagnostic charge was entirely unwarranted. No Rental Support: Despite moving to a massive new facility across the highway, they lacked a rental fleet to support customers while their machines were backlogged in service. After three weeks of zero progress, I am picking up my machine unrepaired to do the work myself, yet I am still being forced to pay for a diagnostic fee I did not authorize. After not receiving a call and coming up with addition questions I called back and was transferred to someone and I was talked completely down to. I have never worked with propane before and had questions and the lady I spoke with said that my number was passed off and I could speak to him about it. Her tone was derogatory and rude.
