ECONOMY HEATING SAID THAT IT WILL COST ME $9,00 to FIX!!! After paying $280.80 service fee they took my furnace apart and did not put it back together! I just saw your incompetent response from last year. Today I was supposed to get 150 gallons of fuel delivered to my garage. But instead they delivered a full tank. My blacktop driveway has been ruined by drivers. I fixed it since Economy wouldn't own up to the damage. Where the truck spun on my driveway the truck went off into the yard and ruined a strip of lawn also. Economy half a$$ fixed the lawn. I had to bring soil in because it wasn't fixed properly. One of your guys tried to open the overhead door by mistake I'm assuming. It's never been closed right yet until there's a warm enough day for me to mess with it so now I'm wasting fuel with cold air seeping in. But, I never said a word. I'm tired of complaining to Brandon. He's not making the mistakes. The office person doesn't have a clue to what he's doing. First initial "M". I don't want to throw him under the bus but dang he told me my fuel was delivered the day before I called and he was even able to give me a price! I had no delivery. My tank was empty. Don't bill me for wherever the fuel went to. ???? What gives with this place. I started getting fuel at Economy in 1987 and have since. No one better send my check in. I give them a blank check! The extra fuel that was delivered by mistake today needs to come out of the tank. I have to be home at the time they come to babysit. Economy used to be the best place for many years to buy your heating needs. We never had problems with anything ever until the place changed hands. And yes, I will do us both a favor before next winter and find a new supplier. I do like to support our local vendors. Hunters lie destroyed that. When you make a mistake own it!

Customer Care in frigid weather in Otsego County: Monday at 8:00 AM we ordered oil to be delivered…read morein "3 business days - the day of order doesn't count." But Tuesday we ran out of oil @ 8:00 AM. So we swore a little and paid an extra $199 to have a "special delivery" After a full day of freezing, Blue Ox drove 1 mile down East River Road from Weavers Farm Market, where they regularly deliver oil every Tuesday. It was 6:00 PM. The "special delivery" was a 1 mile detour of their route at the end of the day. I feel Blue Ox took advantage of us - I feel that the Blue Ox schedulers don't give a f*ck about customers (Weaver's is 1 mile away and gets oil every Tuesday - how much effort to add our address to the delivery) Blue Ox didn't do anything "special". And that said -- $199 for delivery at 10:00 AM would have been acceptable. Paying $199 for 10 hours of misery is not acceptable. When complaining -- Blue Ox said "All we guarantee is same day delivery." -- I would like to SWEAR at them mightily -- but I need their oil to get through these horrible winters/
