The whole process beginning to end was very easy and painlesss. Ryan, the salesman, was very knowledgeable and the finance department is amazing. I had papers signed and was out the door in 45 minutes. Definitely worth buying from here.

Entire wheel fell off while driving.

The staff were friendly and helpful and on a Saturday was a smooth transaction under a hour and was told 1 hour but they also did the 10 point heck with checking my fluids to make sure none were low.

The a/c wasn't working, the check engine light was on, the fog lights needed to be replaced, and there was also a squeak I wanted stopped. First off, I was assured it shouldn't take more than a week. They needed to order some parts but I should have it back in a week. Ok fine whatever. 9 days later I'm being told it won't be until the following Monday, so basically 2 weeks?! Really? I called on that Monday to ask about my truck. The person who answered said they have to talk to whoever and will call me back. Over an hour later no one calls me back. I trot myself right on down there to get answers. Of course more bad news and waiting on another part and the fog light housings they ordered didn't fit and of course they can't find any that will. Maybe I'll have my truck by Thursday. I got it back on Wednesday, but you better believe I'm taking my $1,700 elsewhere next time. I will say, they knocked off $200 for the delay so I only paid $1500 but I'm still upset. I don't care if the shop lost power, I don't care if someone was fired, I don't care if there was a delay on parts. When I'm told a week I expect it to be a week NOT over 2 weeks. They need to learn to under promise and over deliver. I needed my truck back in a timely fashion. I wasn't offered a loaner or anything. Communication between the people who answer the phones and the technicians is sorely lacking to say the least. No one could ever give me clear concise answers and always had to call me back. I do not recommend this service department and will never buy another vehicle from this dealership due to this severe lack of coordination and timeliness. It's finally spring time, I have things to haul and projects to complete and I can't do any of that without my truck. I should have known better than to pick someplace local. This is why people go to Tulsa instead of staying local. This is the type of talent small towns attract. If you wanna be charged top dollar and still not get your vehicle back on time this is the place for you. I put none of the blame on my mechanic. He and I talked and he explained the steps he took thoroughly. I trust he did his very best and paid special attention to my senior vehicle. I'd say he's probably the best mechanic at that shop and I appreciate his efforts and special attention. True rockstar and professional.

Not only did he start off with an interrogation about payoff and financing, but he also insulted our vehicle which was not a defining factor for us in our purchase. We have a 2012 Dodge Chager SXT AWD with sunroof, leather heated and cooled seats, heated and cooled cupholders, Bluetooth, navigation, Beats system, and we owe less than ROUGH trade in based in NADA values. The car has high miles, but it has been solely female driven and it is highway miles for commute to Muskogee and then Tulsa for work and has had impeccable maintenance records and new tires. To add insult to injury he didn't want to get out in the rain for a test drive. We were looking at a vehicle worth half the value of our current one and could easily pay cash today if we were so inclined. The vehicle we came to drive has a rebuilt title and from reading reviews that is not uncommon for this dealership. When Shawn was there we were never treated this way but we will not return. He bragged that he sells over 10 cars a month and that he has been in business for 43 years and never had a dissatisfied customer. Forty-three years, but doesn't have his own business cards, had to mark through someone else's name and write in his own. Is it possible that he isn't prepared to make a sale? Or possibly selling 10 cars a month keeps him as comfortable as his wants to be. Curious as to the volume surrounding lots sell monthly, to me ten sounded sad and definitely not something I would be sharing. Maybe today was a first for him, but somehow I highly doubt it. Now on to Tulsa to look and buy, and Yes, we have tried buying in our hometown 1st, but unfortunately cannot find the make and model we are interested in locally. #supportsmallbusiness #customerservicematters #whenitrainsitpours #woodscarsdotcom

We drove 2 hours to look at this vehicle, even called when we were about 30 minutes away and another salesperson let someone test drive it and subsequently purchase it out from under us. Now, I know it is first come/first served, but the sales manager came out and asked about the vehicle and seemed kind of irritated that a salesperson undermined another like that...especially when a potential customer drove 2 hours just to have the rug pulled out from under them. We had every intention on driving away in that vehicle. In my mind, the other salesperson should have at least given Mark a heads up about the other customer, so he could've called us to save us the trouble. I feel that Mark would've done that if the other salesperson wasn't such a douche. This one-star review is not a reflection of Mark's service. He was excellent! I give Mark 5 stars, but this one-star rating is a reflection of that one particular salesperson that thought it was cool to screw over a coworker and customers that drove 2 hours to purchase a vehicle. If a dealership tolerates this then it would probably be a cold day in hell before I do business with them. Mark, if you read this, your apologies and manners were on par with what I would expect from a professional...your coworker on the other hand can eat a bag of dicks.
