One visit to The Spa, and my skin is drenched! It was my first visit today, and I tried the customized facial (calming cleansing, gentle but thorough exfoliation, extraction, massage, mask, upper body massage, finishing cream, and collagen hand mask and massage). The room has dimmed light and the heated bed was very relaxing. The whole process was very calming and I felt that the esthetician was very genuine. She does not attempt to scare you ("If you don't do X, your skin will look bad in 10 years...) to increase her/store sales, and she provided me a lot of tips about how to stay hydrated. It was so relaxing that I didn't find that extraction to be much painful. I am just thrilled that I found this place. And I am already looking forward to the next appointment!

First of all, went in and she (not the owner, another woman) seemed like she didn't want to do mine or my brother's eyebrows. she made his eyebrows look too skinny. For me, she was so rough to the point of almost bleeding. Worst experience here by far and that's coming from someone who absolutely loves this place. I had initially asked for my whole face done, but decided for her to just do my eyebrows so she wouldn't mess up the rest of my face a day before my pictures. I can't believe this service. My eyebrows look horrible and too skinny and I don't know how to fix them. Only coming back here if the owner is working because this is ridiculous.
