Not so much, went in and (not the owner) was helped by a female that had a horrible attitude, very bad.. So I did not go back for 3 years. I did go back a few weeks ago, dealt with the owner and got great service, in and out no drama. I then told two of my customers to run over for some lettering, both came back and told me they were A-holes over there. Today I go back in to get a few numbers, owner takes my order all is well. Then this other lady with the foul attitude has taken over again. Walked over got treated like crap. Won't ever go back. You have to ask yourself if you want to do business with a business that cant even be cordial to their neighbors.

We got taken advantage of by Deep Fork Technology, very unethical company we are so disappointed…read morethey had us fooled they knew how to develop a payroll type of software!! $15k later when pushed to see if the setup screens where setup correctly (not just the screenshots of the setup screens) actual program setup screens before moving on to the sprint that is the payroll processing development part. Come to find out, they did not understand how to do the basic stuff, like drop down boxes that needed to have data, tables connected to other screens to pull from, Employee screens, words spelled incorrectly, missing save buttons or next buttons. Setup tables, sprint 1-3 have to be complete and correct in order to move on to sprint 4 the payroll processing part. All they would show me was screen shots each meeting and a quick click through on the development side. I did all what they should have done in MS Access and done it correctly. So, the owner Kris tells me since he had to hire a developer that knows how to do this, because the other developer working on it did not and he quit, my price for the software tripled. He told me he hired someone from Paycom! After talking with this guy, he knows a little more about payroll but does not know how to setup a time and attendance program. Although we signed off on a Scope of Work (what all work needs to be done for the payroll module) and how many hours it would take to complete each sprint and a price per Sprint with a total of 7 Sprints to complete just the payroll module and agreed upon the total price for just that module. We agreed if any sprint takes more hours to complete, we would agree upon adding those hours to that sprint before we move on to the next sprint. The owner is now telling me he cannot do the software for the price we originally agreed upon. After exposing him and each sprint not being completed as he told me they were. He only did 3 sprints and now after being able to look at the actual work they did, none of the sprints were even completed before moving to the next sprint. I feel he was trying to fake it as much as he could get money out of us until as close to the end thinking I was not going to be as involved as he thought. I also fear he wants to use my software idea as his own,!!!! Yes he is that shady and unethical!! I explained to the owner Kris, we had spoke to some other development companies and the price they quoted us. He said they would most likely scam me halfway through tell you they will need more money. Exactly what he did!!! So this time I am being a little more cautious with the development company since I was scammed out of our money. I am beyond heartbroken about this. Deep Fork Technology will not give me the "completed" Sprint 1, 2 & 3 that I have already paid for or a refund. I am so disappointed.
