Jessica and crew did a great job and cleaning and putting a shine on our whole house. We had a big house and it was a big job, but it didn't take this crew of three long at all to get the job done. They were prompt, polite, and thorough. I love when a crew will do all the things I hate ---baseboards, mopping, dusting, etc. We will be using this service again!! read more

Jessica and her amazing crew just completed a challenging, post-remodel, clean-up for our log home. Wow, they were literally climbing the rafters of our open ceiling on a construction dust, dirt and grime, search and destroy mission. They were efficient, very pleasant to have around, and all within our agreed upon price. When they left, I truly felt that I had been visited by the "cleaning fairies". I am hoping that Sublime cleaning will find some time for us on a regular basis. Thank you ladies! You're the best! Susan and John read more

Stainless steel?, really so that's why they call it stainless? When I asked her why the wood floors were not shiny she said it was because of the quality of the floor. When I got down on my knees and buffed the floor with a shop rag she exclaimed, 'That must be one of those special fiber towels'. The guy she had do the windows, who looked like someone she rescued from meth rehab, scratched brand new glass. Actually of all the sub-contractors that came in to build and prep the new home she was by far the most lazy, shiftless person I had to deal with. Save your money and your peace of mind. Our redesign team hired this company after a recent remodel of ours. The crew did some great work and even up in areas we'd never expect. Their choice of music was very abrasive and unnecessarily loud. There was a sense of malicious bantering going on between employees about the the supervisor. The bill was much larger than anticipated. I did not respect them smoking on our property. Picking up cigarette butts behind cleaners? We had been told the clean would be done in the week they started. We were left waiting the weekend to get settled in. As we settled it became apparent where things were rushed and over looked. I had heard nothing but great things about this company but when all contractors were out we had to hire a different company to come in and finish what they did not. read more

I am a local general contractor and have used Sublime Cleaning for years. Her team has always done a fantastic job. Many of my clients have wound up using her on a regular basis and I have never heard anything but praise. She has always stuck to her budget and schedule. No one appreciates the energy and attention to detail it takes to clean a home after a major remodel until they witness the service Jessica and her team provides. Thanks for your dedication, I'd give you 6 stars if I could. read more
