We worked with Su-Lan for over 6 months before finally purchasing our home, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. She is incredibly professional, patient, and has a sharp instinct for the market. She helped us navigate a tricky time--right when the tariff/trade war began--and thanks to her timing and market insight, we were able to get a great deal on our home. Unlike some agents who only focus on the positives, she was honest and upfront--always pointing out potential issues or drawbacks in a house, which we really appreciated. It showed she genuinely had our best interests in mind. Throughout the process, she was always responsive--even late at night--helping us strategize and get offers out quickly. Beyond just helping us purchase the home, she also supported us in screening rental candidates and even helped us find a reliable general contractor for renovations. Her dedication and support went above and beyond. We are very pleased to have worked with her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or invest in real estate. read more

As a first time home buyer, I highly recommend working with Su Lan. After giving her the budget we were working with and criteria we were looking for, she went to work right away and gave us regular check ins. We gave her some tough parameters for the area we were looking at but she was patient. Su Lan is knowledgeable, professional, works around the clock for you, and will give it to you straight. She has reliable connections for when the time comes to starting the buying process too. Not only that but she will continue to advocate for you and make sure you're getting what you signed up for. We ended up with a house in a location we love and are so happy that we worked with Su Lan! read more

When a colleague learned I was looking to buy a house, he recommended Su-Lan. Su-Lan is extremely professional and experienced. Not only did she analyze properties objectively, she also provided us with accurate and comprehensive market data. She never pushed us to make an offer, but provided us with a candid analysis of the pros and cons, treating us with fully respect. Su-Lan is incredibly dedicated and impressive passion. Sometimes we had to discuss details after our work, but Su-Lan's respond without complaint was truly admirable. Su-Lan is an excellent real estate agent. With her professional, meticulous, and patient assistance, we successfully purchased our dream home. We are truly lucky to be working with her! read more

Su-Lan helped us make our dream come true! We had the pleasure having Su-Lan as our buying agent again! There are a few things we really like about her: 1. She never pushes us to make offers. 2. She would always point out what are the potential problems that could affect the home value for each house we look at. For example, if a house is in an undesirable area (close to hospitals, etc.), if a house has certain issues in the report, etc. She's very thorough and can always spot things that we cannot easily find. As a home buyer, that's really useful! 3. She also helps with all kinds of home buying related things, including, helping to get a good mortgage rate, finding trustful contractors for different work, quote for fumigation etc. Overall, we would recommend Su-Lan for any real estate consultation, home purchasing, etc. read more

After purchasing our home in 2018, we were lucky enough to employ Su-Lan as our selling agent. It's impossible to imagine a more satisfying experience. Su-lan provides one-stop service for anything you'll need during the sale process. Her network of contractors, staging designers, and photographers saved us a lot of time and money by eliminating the need to employ each of them individually. She is quite concerned about the specifics of ongoing contractor work, and she pointed out several improvements that I might otherwise overlook. We renovate and decorate the house with her help to fully highlight the worth. Last but not least, SuLan has a keen feeling of how the market is trending, with sources of neighborhood housing data. She then came up with a plan and placed our home on the market at just the right time. Our home grew in popularity much above our expectations. Finally, the price speaks for itself; we received multiple offers that are significantly higher than our expectations as well as other properties sold in the same neighborhood. read more

Sulan is the best agent and the only agent we would consider - we have bought and sold our first house, all though Su-lan. Then with her help, we bought our new dreaming house with an incredible price this year after many many fierce bidding wars!!! Su-lan is vey patient, responsive and professional. Most importantly, everything she does is for buyer or seller's benefits- after many many failed offers in this crazy year, we were kind of desperate and almost did an all in for a not so good house which we would definitely regret if we got it, Su-lan was able to stop our crazy idea, finally she helped us get a very very good deal on our dreaming house! We cannot thank her enough for this! Su-lan is not only our agent, she has became a close friend to us. We have recommended her to many of our friends and we will continue doing that! read more

I had the pleasure of working with Su-Lan and she is an exceptional real estate agent, who went above and beyond to help my family find our dream home. She held our hands from start to finish and gave us a lot of great advice! Not only we value her real estate expertise but also she is friend we trust! One of the standout qualities of Su-Lan is her ability to understand our needs and preferences. Since we moved to CA just a year before, she took the time to answer our questions to the competitive Silicon Valley housing market and put together strategies to approach buyers and participate in bids. Despite our limited budget and time constraints, she searched for options that matched our requirements. Thanks to her extensive knowledge of the market and attention to detail, we were able to understand pros and cons of each home we were interested in and had a vision of what could potentially fit our needs the most. Thanks to her we found a home that fits in our budget in a remarkably short amount of time in a very competitive market. Su-Lan also stands out in her strategic planning and negotiation. She approached the seller agent strategically and helped us nail down the contract before the offer due date so we avoided the bidding hassle. She is also very resourceful. She referred us to a couple of great loan agents as well as contractors that her other clients worked with before. We worked with one of the loan officers and one of the general contractors she referred and had great experience. Without her we would not have closed the loan so seamlessly and stress free nor would we able to do the home improvement project we desired. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Su-Lan highly enough. Her work ethic and unwavering commitment to clients, her professionalism and valuable networks truly set her apart. If you're in search of a real estate agent who will go above and beyond to find your ideal home and also answer your questions and put your mind in peace, Su-Lan is the one to trust. She made our home buying journey a truly enjoyable and rewarding experience, and we are forever grateful for her dedication and expertise. read more

Su-Lan is super super nice, so patient and considerate, as well as very professional! She take care of every detail she could for me, and try very hard to get the best deal for my new home, as she has so many good connections in this industry. I highly recommend her to everyone! In my opinion, she is not that kind of agent who just care about close a deal and make their money quick (our process took almost a year). Instead, she helped me find a home as she is buying a home for her own, and make sure every penny worths, and finally I got the one I truly love! She has done her job perfectly, very knowledgeable, and I feel so lucky that I could work with her! read more

As first-time landlords, we had a lot of apprehension around listing our home on the rental market. Su-Lan was very professional throughout the entire process. She arrived on time the day she toured and took pictures. Her images were clear and focused on the right elements to showcase the home. Highly qualified tenants were found within 2 weeks and a lease contract has been executed. Su-lan, thank you again, you have been awesome!! read more

Su-Lan is a very professional, nice, and responsible agent. She will look out for your best interests and is always very responsive to your calls/texts/emails when you need her. She also has connections to very good loan agents from various banks that she can refer to you who are also very responsive and have competitive rates. Our first meeting was a 1 hour consultation at her Intero office, where she got a feel of what I was looking for, in terms of location, type of house, and price range. My primary focus was a new construction Townhome in South bay area (Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Palo Alto, etc). Su-Lan did a good job to push me into getting pre-approved with her referred lender at Wells Fargo, along with getting pre-approved with the different preferred lenders at each of the sites I was interested in. She stayed close in the loop on all email chains that I had with different sales agents, and went with me to visit the sites. When I wanted to scope out what existing older homes there were in the area, she picked me up from work and spent the afternoon looking at different open houses. Su-Lan helped me in the process of signing with two different constructions, who I both ultimately decided not to go with due to better opportunities and delay in construction. The most important moment came when I was at work one day and Su-Lan went to look at another new community who had a unit for sale. She understood what I was looking for, and she quickly called me to come over ASAP to speak with the sales agent. It turns out I was able to put a deposit down the same day and even negotiate the price down by 25k+. On top of that, Su-Lan helped me get back part of my deposit from one of my previous signings by introducing another one of her buyers to my unit. From the span of 2018 May until 2019 February, Su-Lan was a great resource and provided me the care and comfort I needed as a new homebuyer. I highly recommend Su-Lan as your next real-estate agent! read more

It's been more than five years since we bought our last house, and our journey with Su-lan continues. We've been living in our first house for a couple of years and finally decided to move for a better community and closer work commute in 2019. By that time we had the chance to find a new agent, and it took us no time to pick up the phone and call Su-lan about our plan. We've built up a great connection with her when buying our first home, and we're confident to put our trust on her. We're trying to sell our first house before looking for our new home, making the whole process more complicated. Su-lan went through all the steps and plans, helping us make the right selling/buying strategy, and quickly kicking off the house selling process. Everything was smooth and we really had high confidence in our plan... Then the COVID Pandemic began, and with the uncertainty we had to change the plan and keep our house. This was a sudden decision change, but Su-lan never had any complaints, though she's already put in a huge amount of work. Anyone paying attention to the Bay Area housing market would understand how crazy it would be during the Pandemic in the past 2 years. Without selling our first house, we had a pretty tight budget for the areas that we've been looking for. Meanwhile, we still enjoyed living in our existing house, and were reluctant to move if the new house isn't a big upgrade. During the hunt, we lost several close bids, making it an even devastating and stressful house hunting experience during the months. There were times that we've almost given up. However Su-lan never showed any disappointment or frustration from the ups and downs during this journey; She kept encouraging us, perfectly handling all of our requests and adjustments professionally, putting her full heart into finding us great potential targets. Finally we've met what's becoming our new home in July this year, even with our tight budget, Su-lan was still able to make a great negotiation with the Seller agent (one of the top agents in the state), so that our offer was accepted even though it's not the highest among all. We felt so lucky and blessed to get the house, but it's all Su-lan's hardworking and expertise in the fields that made our dream come true. The story doesn't end here. We then started to sell our house. Su-lan helped us plan our timeline, found us the right upgrades and contractor teams, making sure our house was at perfect state when put on the market. Due to her wonderful work, we got several great offers, and were about to sell the house quickly, and with a great price beyond our expectation. Su-lan made countless efforts making sure the transition process is smooth, and that both sides are happy with the result. We feel very fortunate to know Su-lan, and have her work with us since 2015. We wish to continue to share our journey with her, and we're happy to recommend Su-lan to anyone looking for homes in the area. read more

Su-Lan is knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. Over several months of house hunting, she was there at every open house, pointing out things to look for. She was also very responsive to questions via text and email. As a first-time buyer, I really appreciated all the work she put in and the expertise she's shared. She really wants to make sure that you're happy with whatever you wind up buying in the end. Whenever I got seriously interested in a house, she always made sure that it was a good fit. Finally, when you do find that house you really want, her familiarity with the market enables her to close the deal. All in all, Su-Lan made the whole experience of buying a house much, much easier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. read more

It was really a blessing working with Su-Lan. She is sharp, considerate, and most importantly, professional. Before our first meeting, I didn't know much about what exactly I want. I only had a vague idea what I liked and what I didn't like. And all the online adversing makes me even more confused. In our first meeting Su-Lan asked me a few questions and quickly I realized what I really wanted. We narrowed down my selections in an hour and came up with a list the same day, which made the property hunting way more easier. When we went to the properties together, I quickly noticed she was really sharp and down to the details. One example is that one day we went to an "undervalued" property, and I thought the property looked charming and the overall location seemed great. Then Su-Lan quickly pointed out the significant flaws of the property that I overlooked and explained to me why the property was not very popular: even though the property looked beautiful at first sight, the materials used in the property were not very good and the stairs were too close to the entrance. In just a few minutes I decided no to this property, and later I checked the final closing price of the property, she was absolutely right, the property didn't sell well at all. With her help I purchased a dream house at a reasonable price in less than two months. And now I'm sitting at my sofa overlooking the beautiful yard, writing my review of Su-Lan to express how much I appreciate her help. We keep in touch even after the deal was closed. And she has shared with me a lot of advices to make the moving process smoothly. It was really a pleasure working with her and I absolutely recommend her if you are looking for a house. read more

Su-Lan is definetly more than 5-star agent. If I can, I want to give her 10 STARS for sure!!!!! :) Su-Lan is extremely professional and has strategic planning in this blind biding market. She understands the market trends very well and provides her professional considerations in each house/ location we interested. In our case, she never pushed us to bid by the highest price. Instead, she always told us the bidding price should be the one we feel comfortable and she tried to help buyers to save the budget. She helped us to negotiate a lot for the best price in the range of our budget. She really stands with buyer's side to provide her comments!! Su-Lan also has a very strong network and resourse in this field! I believe this is so important for the first-time buyer, especially since we did not know anyone. She referred us to very helpful lenders, house insurance agents, fermentation providers, house remodeling specialists, remodeling material vendors, etc, even in buying the electric appliance. She indeed saw their great work and she even used those vendors before. She never pushed us to use any specific company or lender. Instead, she always told us to compare the best price and select the best one in our case. For the fermentation providers, she even helps us to get the longer warranty and best price. When everyone heard Su-Lan, they told us how wonderful she is. In the end, almost every of our stage and selection got a very great deal!! We really appreciated Su-Lan help us a lot in this saving to build our first house. Last but not the least, Su-Lan loves her job and works very diligently!! She respects her job and really enjoy to work on the challenge case. We believe this is so important if we can work with someone who firstly respects her job with enthusiasm than only making money. She always has the prompt-out response to answers our questions. She describes her answer in detail with lots of patience as our buyers are nervous and stressful. When she wrote the offer for us, she must visit the house by herself. Even the listing agent appraised Su-Lan's delicate offer writing...:) make us so proud of our agent Su-Lan. In our case, we have so many interesting houses, Su-Lan takes every of our decision very seriously, visit by herself, protect buyer's benefit and analyze the pros and cons for the buyer to consider. After we win this house, Su-Lan still stands with us until the very final process and gives us her experience. We also learn a lot from this AMAZING lady during this stressful buying process! We feel so thankful and blessing that we can have her as our buying agent. If we could have our second house in the future, we definitely want to work with Su-Lan together. We trust Su-Lan, respect her work, and EXTREMELY recommend her to our friends, family and business associates in the future!! read more

I would say Sulan is a excellent agent! My boyfriend and I are first time house buyer, Sulan is so patient with us and treat us as her best friend. She gives us good suggestion using her knowledge. She spent a lot of time and effort help us deal with all the problems we met, even we met some situation that is very hard to handle, she uses all her networks to help us. We are so lucky to have Su-Lan as our buyer agent. we have been searching the houses for many months in the center of Bay Area. After we found the dreaming house, Su-Lan was introduced by another agent, whom we met at the first time. After a few phone conversations, we could feel that Su-Lan is a reliable and professional real-estate agent whom we should work with. With the first viewing of the property, Su-Lan showed her professionalism right away. She gave us the complete detailed review on the neighborhood market, and environment conditions. She did not only point out the advantage of the property, but also the shortcomings and future maintenance items, and her private connections. After this 30 minute viewing, we have all the needed details, which set up the basis for our decision. After we decided to move forward with the purchasing, she introduced her favorite loan agent and worked with us on the best cash-loan options to use the cash reserve efficiently. We got the best load rate and smooth loan process. Thanks Su-Lan for the sharing and caring. She worked very hard on the purchasing contract as well with very fair statements and conditions for both seller and buyer. Her goal was very simple and clear. As the buyer agent, the most important task is to be able to get the dreaming property with the best affordable market price! With her professionalism and experience, she suggested the price for us to present, the terms and contingencies. We are amazed with her presentation, which was so personalized and warm-hearted. We had a very easy and comfortable purchasing experience! That's not all the stories. After we got the property, she continue to offer her best services for some small fixes with her personal contractor connections for the best quality and prices. She has provided many valuable design and re-arrange ideas and solution. Overall, Su-Lan behaved not like an agent, but a very close relative or a friend and treated every steps as her personal activities. We feel so easy to communicate and work with her. We feel very fortunate to know Su-lan with this random introduction and go through this purchasing process under her guidance and service. We wish to continue to share our journey with her, and we're happy to recommend Su-lan to anyone looking for homes in Bay Area! read more

She is an impressively hard-working, driven, insightful and strategic real estate agent that I highly recommend. She was referred by two good friends advised that, "she's truly the best agent." We needed a rockstar to help us compete in today's fierce market, and Su-Lan most certainly delivered much more than our expectations. She is extremely responsive via phone, text, and email. She helped schedule private viewings and put in offers on short notice. We got our dream house after our second bid, and I have to say the we could get the house can be totally attributed to Su-Lan's expertise and skills. She rigorously analyzed every detail for our situation and present our offer portfolio in a terrific way. Su-Lan clearly knows the market and the way to work. Her great strategies helped us win the house although our bidding price was not the highest. We feel so grateful for an amazing transaction that she handled on our behalf, which I honestly couldn't imagine was possible in this market. Su-Lan is so intelligent, kind, and passionate! We met Su-Lan a while back but we found out with our financial situation and work status at the time, we were not ready to make any purchase in the Bay Area. Su-Lan was very supportive of our decision. A year later, we were looking for a bigger apartment but around the same week we suddenly received her texts showing a great property deal she found. We then decided to try and see if we could get our first house this time (and be done with renting an apartment). Su-Lan guided us throughout the entire process from beginning (getting the right lenders) to the end to help us get the house very smoothly, quickly, and painless. Due to the COVID-19 situation, the process of seeing houses are not as easy as before. We remember Su-Lan was still working on getting the documents at 4am on Saturday morning to try to get things ready to show several places we want to see for the next day. We really really appreciate her efforts! And turned out that one of the places were the place we loved and decided to make an offer. We actually moved to the Bay Area from Midwest and throughout this entire process we noticed the housing market in the Bay Area is a completely different game. Without Su-Lan's helps, we are sure that we will not be able to make it since we are not financially strong comparing with many buyers in the market. Su-Lan is very professional and knowledgeable. Also Su-Lan's great network in the area makes a lot of difference. She has a good reputation in the market and people trust her (so thus trust us). Su-Lan is also very honest and kind. She gave us lots of honest opinions and clarified all questions we had based on her experiences. She also keep providing useful tips and telling us things to consider/be aware of around being a new homeowner. We feel so comfortable and fully trust of her throughout the process. We are blessed to meet Su-Lan and had her helped our family getting the house and finally settling down in Bay Area. Our 2.5 years-old toddler loves her and always asking about her whenever we are talking about houses. That says how comfortable she is making our family feels. We really appreciate everything she has done for us. We will highly recommend Su-Lan for people who is not only looking to buy/sell their home in the Bay Area but also seeking an agent who is strongly passionate to help you out as much as she can in many ways. read more

Very reliable agent help you to check some aspects you may not aware of. And continuously support even after purchase. Highly recommended.

Su-Lan was referred by different friends to us when we wanted to buy a new home. We have contacted several agents before and by far Su-Lan is the best. We had really pleasant experience buying home with her help. She is the real estate agent that really cares about her clients. As home buyers, we want to get a dream house at reasonable price. She acted so quickly on understanding what we want and patiently work with us. After loosing several bidding wars, she was still very patient and not pushing. Finally we got a nice house with just the listing price, which I thought it may not work. She hustled with the listing agents back and forth several times and helped us to get the house. If you are also a buyer looking for agents, try with her to give out an offer. You will know exactly what I'm talking about. Also, Su-Lan has great network with different people in the field. Our lender is also referred by her, and we are pretty satisfied with all the works. After closing, she continued to help us with all things from remodeling to moving. We definitely will recommend her to all our friends! read more

Having Sulan as our agent was truly an opportunity. She is a pleasure to work with, listens and adapts to what you are looking for, and knows how to close the deal in this changing and extremely competitive Bay Area market. In the beginning of our house hunting, we worked with a few different agents we found on our own, but were not satisfied with them. Then a close friend of ours who just closed on a home referred us to Sulan. In a very short amount of time, we were able to narrow down our search and focus. In the end, we found our dream home because of Sulan's extreme diligence and speed. Her experience is invaluable, very responsive at any time, truly protected us as the buyers, and not only walked us through a great strategy when putting the offer, but also keeps guiding us with her honest recommendations and great network. read more

Su-Lan is a very gentle and kind person. As an agent, her proficiency and efficiency are undoubtful. I chose her as my buyer agent, and this is probably one of the best choices in my life. As a first-house buyer, I am completely strange and do not have a clue about the housing market. Su-Lan provided very professional and timely opinions including the trending, how to choose the right house, and how to make offers so that I can have a whole picture in my head. Moreover, Su-Lan always responded to my requests fast, even if it is late at night. This is very important for a busy engineer like me :) . During the past two months, she took me to tons of open houses matching my expectations. She taught me how to inspect the house quality, analyze the house conditions, make quotes. and walk around the neighbourhood to ensure future living quality. After we decided to make an offer, she made us a beautiful purchasing package and tried to get the most beneficial plan for us. Thanks to Su-Lan, we are very satisfied with the house we got. It is in a very quiet area, with lots of trees and nice neighbours. The school districts are good, and the house price is also reasonable. But this is not the end. After the house trade, Su-Lan also made a lot of useful recommendations, including good contractors for interior work, house insurance purchasing, arranging the schedule of work such as fumigation....etc. Totally speaking, Su-Lan is a nice and professional agent to cooperate with. By the way, her husband is also a knowledgeable agent too. So it is a buy one get one free deal, you will not regret it :) read more

We recently purchased our new home and Su-Lan walked us through the entire journey with transparency and patience. If you're looking for a real-estate agent, look no further than Su-Lan. Our process of finding a home took about 12 months. Su-Lan patiently waited for us to make a decision - constantly providing information, data, and updates. Even when we decided to look somewhere further (due to COVID-19 and needing a bigger place than originally planned), she accommodated our request and accompanied us every weekend to visit the houses we were interested in. We know this wasn't easy and appreciate her going above-and-beyond. Once we found a house we were interested in, Su-Lan was able to negotiate down the asking price by providing comprehensive market analysis and working with the seller's agent (despite competing in the seller's market) She also connected us with contractors who gave us a really good, competitive prices on couple of the jobs we wanted done on the house before moving in. Throughout this entire process, she made sure everything was moving along and we weren't encountering any issues. All in all, Su-Lan truly cares about her clients and wants them to be content. We feel very fortunate to have had her working with us and recommend her to anyone looking for a great home purchasing experience. read more

I really like Su-Lan. I feel she's like my mom, helping me solve all kinds of problems. When I first found Su-Lan, I just moved to the Bay area for about a year. Besides looking for a house, I was also looking for career development guidance and relationship. Su-Lan guided me to look for houses, gave me suggestions on career development, and most importantly, found me my Mr. Right! I would say Su-Lan is the greatest match maker. I have been looking for my Mr. Right for years, but never found one until Su-Lan introduced him to me. I really appreciate that Su-Lan has been so enthusiastic helping us, much more than a real estate agent. She took it as if she were to buy the house. Besides that, she also help us find contractors for the repairment of the house, and negotiated with the contractor to the greatest extent. I really appreciated all the efforts and support from Su-Lan. read more

I am super impressed by her deep insight of market driven by solid data analysis. She understands well the market in different perspectives including recent trend, historical analysis comparision etc. She always thinks from the perspectives of the customer and providing detailed informatioin and suggestions regarding the location, home condition, price on market etc. I deeply appreciate her kindness to be always willing to help even to the small details. Before my property was sold it was rented out and I was outside the state and not be able to take care of the property in person, Su-Lan was so kind to help on all the details required and work with my tenants on all the preparation details for staging, open house and final sales. It requires a lot of dedication of time and willing heart, Su-lan made it and both me and my tenants felt so blessed to work with her. She is very patient, willing to listen and always with heart-feeling smile. Amazing Real Estate agent. Ms Wang helped my husband and I when we knew nothing about how the Real estate market worked. Ms Wang was the seller's agent so she helped us find Mr Lee Yang who represented us. Mr Yang explained every step of the buying process to us and never seemed vexed by our naïveté/ ignorance. We felt that Mr Yang really cared about us and wanted us to get our dream home as much as we did. In the final moments of the seller's decision Lee was in his office, we were across town at our hotel and we were all waiting on pins and needles for the final decision to be made in Cupertino. Cut to the chase- We got our home and are the happiest people in the world. Whenever we feel that we were lucky we realize that it wasn't luck but Lee's hard work and perseverance. Lee was really funny too, it helped diffuse what could be a stressful experience. read more

I would recommend Su-Lan to everyone! She is the best agent that we could have found. She was extremely responsive and went over and beyond to make sure we found a home at the best price. I am a very satisfied customer of both yelp & Su-Lan after selecting her based solely on her positive yelp reviews. As other reviewers stated my partner & I fell into the same category of knowing next to nothing about the whole process of real estate and the reviews helped us conclude she could be a good fit for us. After meeting with her for the first time we both agreed she was definitely "the one". She was very patient with us and made otherwise intimidating decisions less so by thoroughly explaining the details and by sharing with us her knowledge and basically hand holding us through much of the process. After a short time, it really felt as if we were working alongside a family friend only motivated to make sure we found the house that best met as many of our needs as possible. Even after our offer was accepted and the searching was done, Su-Lan is still there offering her help and guiding us through everything that comes after signing on the dotted line. Ultimately, I'm extremely very happy with our decision in choosing her to represent us as a buyer agent. Thank you soooo much Su-Lan!!! :D read more

Su-Lan is a great agent and we bought an ideal house with her help. We are first-time buyer and was totally new to this market. Su-Lan is very patient with our questions and also think the best for us. Buying a house in Bay Area is very difficult now. We had been looking open houses for months and failed several times. Su-Lan never pushed us to buy a house, instead, she helped checking the condition of the house seriously and gave valuable opinions. She always reminded us only bid a house if we truly love it, but not buy one in a hurry. Su-Lan does always think from our side. She is dedicated and works very hard. We went to open houses every weekends and she always went with us for a whole day. Every time when we have questions, she is always very patient with us even if it's 2am! Su-Lan is super sweet. After we bought the house with her help, she is still with us, sharing remodel experiences, recommend great contractors and followed up on any questions we have about our house. She is such a trusted friend to us! We are so blessed to have Su-Lan as our agent and we would definitely recommend her if you are also considering to buy a house. read more

To me, Su-Lan is not an realtor at all. She is one of my best friends. She spent a lot of time and a lot of effort in helping me find an ideal home in the Bay Area. This is not an easy work in the competitive housing market, but she has done a wonderful job. She is very professional in the mortgage business and patient in explaining all the complicated housing information. She uses her heart to help us. She works carefully, during the open house, during the contract signing and during every phone chat. She does not hide anything in secret, even though I am a newbie in the house market. She treats me as one of her best friends, rather than a customer. That's why she wins my heart. That's why we become friends after the COE. read more

Su Lan is the best! She takes care of you like you are her family!! She goes above and beyond to do what is the best for YOU, which is how it is supposed to be but in reality rarely encountered nowadays. We really appreciate everything that Su Lan did for us to guide us throughout the processes. She is dedicated, experienced and super helpful. She takes our calls anytime of the day, and she tries to do whatever she can (which is a lot considering the size of her network) to help us and protect us from being noobed by others, if you know what I mean. Most importantly she knows how to get and close the deal, which is extremely valuable in this competitive market. We have been telling everyone that you don't know what you are missing if you don't work with Su Lan. read more

That's why selecting a good and trustworthy agent is so important. And I feel lucky to have Su-Lan as my agent for buying the first house. Su-Lan is professional and friendly. When we first met, she provided a clear introduction about how the buying process works and patiently answered all my noob questions. When we went to the open house, she showed me all the pros and cons for the house, and provided her experiences about what aspects we should check. She always gave me her honest opinions and let me make my own decision. After my offer was accepted, she used her networking to find a loan agent which has the best interest rate. I just finished the transaction on my first home in San Jose with the help of Su-Lan. She is very professional and kind. I am strongly recommending the ones who are seeking for their dream home in the south bay area to ask Su-Lan for advice and help. I myself is working in the high-tech industry and I was believing in data to assist me buy my house. As a result, data helps but it is way too limited. We won the bid among more than 5 competitors and our price is obviously not the highest, not because we analyzed the data very well and regression to the expected price, we talked to the listing agent and seller with personality, and show our strong interest, besides we show their our strong background with evidence. Communication with Su-Lan is more like chatting with an elder friend. The relationship is not simply as client and agent. We get much more help besides the transaction itself. After the transaction has been closed, Su-Lan is still calling for any concerns from us and gave us many advice on many details which could possibly be ignored by a first time house owner. It cannot be so easy for us to buy and get used to living in this house without the help of Su-Lan. If any one has question I am glad to answer. read more
