I have come here three times over the past few months now. I used the Yelp assistant to find a…read moreplace to have watch batteries replaced. The business representative wrote back to me immediately with a reasonable price. I brought all four of my watches over there that afternoon. I did not realize if you buy three batteries you get one free. That was a nice surprise. The staff was very friendly and quick. My spouse bought me a new watch and I went over there to get it resized and again the staff was so friendly and quick. We went there yesterday just to get my spouses ring finger sized and again super friendly.

When I did a charge back on my credit card it brought action when the dealer belittled me like I had done something wrong. I had my watch within ten days like I was initially promised. The watch loses 10 minutes a day after being in their hands. Gears might have been taken... After ample waiting time, the dealer then put the wrong crystal on my watch. He saw it through pictures and realized their "watch man" (Outsourced) had made the ridiculous mistake. It was a $600 repair that was 100% wrong. In previous post the dealer keeps stating that he has another watch man and would fix it free of charge. I was also told they serviced Rolex's in house. I would take my watch back for proper repair but the bottom line is I don't trust this store at all. I guess I'll remain angry about this issue for a long time to come. I never did business like this. I am so happy for all the many many customers that have rated this business five stars. I have a hard time believing we are rating the same business

My bf surprised me, telling me he needed to come to the mall to get some new work shirts and…read moreshorts, but really wanting me to look at engagement rings. I mean, he did end up getting work shirts and shorts but I also did end up getting a ring. Not gonna lie, I was a bit against big box stores and buying jewelry at the mall in general. I don't know why, I guess I felt like I might get ripped off or not get exactly what I wanted. I've been looking online too, so I was very well versed in what I wanted but was not about to buy expensive jewelry without seeing it in person first. We went into every single jewelry store in this mall (and a few more around town some days later) and ended up coming right back to the first place we stopped, Ben Bridge. Why? Erin. When we first walked in, we couldn't get over her excitement for our engagement and her infectious smile. Literally, every place we walked into scoffed at us for not wanting a diamond. This is not how Erin reacted. She was excited I wanted something different. She didn't scold me to tell me that emeralds are soft/imperfect so they chip easily, she asked me pertinent questions like if I would be wearing it at work and if I was open to harder green gems. She actually found me an extremely expensive teal green sapphire I was coveting online that I didn't think I could get in reality because of the budget. She found me the literal perfect stone, in my price range, and I'm not ashamed to admit, I cried when I saw it. This in turn caused an avalanche, with my bf and Erin crying too. Thank goodness Carol was there to help with the tissues. I'd like to let you know this didn't happen in one day either. When we first met, I was in a state of shock and did not fully tell her the truth of what I wanted. Luckily, she emailed me that day and we emailed back and forth for a few days. A week later, she had the perfect gemstone for me. Coming in to look at the stone, we never felt a bit of pressure that we had to buy anything. She (and Carol) also did not pressure me into getting a setting/mount that was there. And actually, I didn't see anything I was in love with but I did see components so Carol got online to their catalog and found exactly what I was looking for ordered it for me to make my perfect ring. The patience that these two wonderful women have is fantastic. I haven't seen the ring yet, he wants to do the knee thing, but I just know that every time I look at it, I will think of how amazing and caring and wonderful both Erin and Carol made this experience. I wouldn't trade it for anything and I am so grateful. I am absolutely coming back in for any other jewelry I might need (wedding rings, anyone?)

UPDATE: Your reply is full of inaccuracies, insults, and you basically called me a liar, whereas…read moreyou are the one lying to save your own face. You stated things that are simply untrue but I am not going to bother clarifying your errors. I was going to remove my review because I actually felt empathy (something most are void of these days), but after reading your reply, I will keep my review in place. I can never understand why some businesses as yours cannot take any responsibility for your failures, then you twist and distort the truth to make you look innocent, as you place the blame on me, the consumer, making me look bad. So when a customer has a problem with your business, you automatically throw them under the bus? Unbelievable and disgusting of you. It must be a defense mechanism or just a sleazy Vegas thing. Goodbye. *** Been thinking about this review and felt it needed to be said. I came in with a new $2,500 musical pocket watch with a defective front lid that I wanted fixed; it didn't open to a 90-degree angle and the music kept playing after the lid was shut (which should turn off). The watch repair person (Alfonso) wasn't available but is only there for the first two hours in the morning. Not convenient for customers. One of the girls, Angie, told me to leave the watch there and he'd look at it. I wanted to talk with him personally so she took some photos of the watch and told me she'd talk with Alfonso in the morning. The next morning I called but he wasn't there or couldn't talk on the phone, or didn't want to. Angie got passive-aggressive with me and said I should've left the watch -- totally overlooking that she told me that she'd talk with him. I was told to bring it in. Two days later, I brought it in, talked with Eric (Alfonso's assistant) who was super nice, then Alfonso came out to talk with me. My first impression of him was a big sigh and a look of frustration on his face while looking at my watch. He told me to leave it with him to see if he could fix the lid -- no charge if he couldn't. I accepted and left the watch there. I asked Eric how long it would take and I was told two weeks. Seemed like a long time to troubleshoot a lid but fine. Two weeks went by without a word. I called and asked about my watch and was told to call Alfonso the next morning. The next morning I called and he asked me if I could wait the following Monday. That was fine. Monday came and they were closed. I called and left a voicemail. Never got a call back. I called Tuesday morning and talked with Alfonso. He then told me to come in on Thursday morning. As I was trying to ask him questions about the repair status, he kept putting me off and wanted to get off the phone. It was frustrating trying to get some simple information about my watch but it was like pulling teeth to keep Alfonso on the phone for 60 seconds. The next day (Wednesday) Alfonso called me (first time anyone called me). He asked me to come in now. I live in Boulder City and couldn't just drop everything, jump in the car, and make that ridiculous drive up to Green Valley. I still couldn't get solid information from him. Thursday morning I went in and asked the other girl there if I could see Alfonso. She seemed less than thrilled for some reason. Snooty. Alfonso came out with the watch and he explained what he did (I think?) but vaguely. I asked if the music stopped now when the lid is closed. He said yes, though not seconds later the watch started playing the music with the lid closed. Alfonso looked like he was in a hurry, took it in the back, did who-knows-what, and came back out less than a minute later. I looked at the girl and said the watch was sitting here for three weeks and she mumbled something under her breath in a rude manner. The music stopped playing when the lid closed. Not sure what he did but probably bent the lid to engage the button. As for the lid opening, he couldn't fix it. Not sure why. I didn't fully understand, but couldn't fix it. No charge. Alfonso was nice enough but made no excuses or apologies. The watch was there for three weeks and a day, and not much was done to it. I took the watch and left. A few days later, the watch started playing music again with the lid closed. What a colossal waste of time, driving, and leaving the watch there for three weeks almost untouched when I could've found another jeweler to fix it. The girls who work there are rude curtsy children, but Eric was the only one there who showed genuine friendliness and respect. To think I was about to buy one of their pocket watches in the display cabinet, I decided not to because of the overall bad service I got. I won't be back.
