This was soon after salons were allowed to reopen during the covid pandemic, so getting an appointment was particularly challenging. I'd already determined that Anna Craig was my top choice because my hair is naturally quite curly and her reviews everywhere are fabulous. She specializes in cutting curly hair. The first couple of times I looked at her appointment calendar, there was a 6-8 week wait! One day I checked again and there must have been a cancelation because I was able to get an appointment just a few days later. Anna knew the correct way to bundle my hair for the donation, and made quick work of that. She took one look at the photo I'd brought with me, and within 35 minutes, she'd washed, cut, and dried my hair to perfection. It's been a couple of weeks since my cut and I still love it. It was such a sad situation. However, they remain closed during Covid as dictated by state law, and even had all of their hairstylist agree in writing to not do haircuts, even at home or in the garage for friends and family. They even compensated people to hang in there, and their people did I've been a customer there, obviously, since before Covid And returned immediately upon their reopening. The salon is very stylish, always spotless with a big team of Holly Professional stylists. The ownership is amazing! Always going out of the way to accommodate customers. It is not uncommon to see at least one of the owners on the desk, taking calls, make an appointment and greeting people. That's a very hard thing to find these days. currently, I'm at home in a wheelchair recovering from a stroke. I made one phone call to the salon and asked about "accommodations" so I can get my haircut and stop looking like a homeless guy on the street! Lol they immediately began to offer options for me to come into the salon and apply those accommodations to make sure that I had excellent service, that I will be safe while on the property transitioning from wheelchair to shampoo station to the stylist station, etc. They did so without a fraction of hesitation .
