In fact, she was extremely sympathetic and happy to take my appointment even though she would be fixing someone else's bad work. She told me about a time she'd gotten her hair done with disastrous results and had a hard time finding a salon to help her fix it, after which she vowed never to do the same thing to her customers. She was lovely and warm, and the lash extensions she gave me looked excellent, even though I didn't have much to work with. The spa itself is very clean and bright, smelled lovely and was inviting and comfortable. I can't recommend Reisa and her spa too highly. Go there! You won't be disappointed.

I spoke to two different neighboring businesses who "hadn't seen them in "days." As I was looking around to see if they perhaps moved, another woman arrived looking to rent the exact space where the salon once was. In addition to running into the woman, there's also a sign adverting the space "for rent." See attached pic. 22 hours after reporting this to Groupon, I received a call from "Gina" telling me they emailed me & "rescheduled my appointment to today at 1pm." This was a lie because I never gave them my email address AND - what way is that to run a business re-scheduling a client appointment without even asking if the new day & time works?!
