After I asked her to try to take whatever it was out of my hair she ignored me and roughly brushed my hair. I can list so many other rude moments that happened within the hour that I was there. I tried not to let this experience affect my mood for MY ENGAGEMENT. My hair was NOT the same as the reference photos, not even close. It was literally just curled and not blown out or styled the way I wanted. I tried to have her brush and fix my hair after she said it was done. I was so over it and didn't want to cause a scene.
