(You know it's a bad when the stylist says "Oops!" ...three times!) Fortunately that was only once and another stylist fixed it. Otherwise I've had great cuts -- especially from Ashley and Angel. Both of them take the time to ask me what I want, and also check periodically through the process to make sure it's going the way I want. They even remember that I don't like a whole lot of "poofing" and just do a great blowout. I'm a happy repeat customer!
