Parking was surprisingly easy and convenient. We made the appointment online and it started on time and with our preselected hair dresser. The general salon and waiting area was a bit too loud for my daughter but when she went to get her hair washed, we noticed a "Quiet waiting area"!! I love this fact, especially for my child who is autistic. My daughter loved the hair massage as her hair was prepped for cutting. The hairdresser was calm, friendly and really listened to what we wanted. She was great at matching the pictures that we brought for examples. We will be back and I think I will also try them for my own curly hair.

When he told me that he was moving his operation over to Salon Elle, of course I followed. I stopped in yesterday for a later appointment and Jeff took me right away. He did a fantastic job as always and when I left, my way too long hair was trimmed to a manageable and stylish length for the summer. I love Salon Elle. It's an old house that has been converted into a salon and the layout is just gorgeous. There is plenty of natural light that flows into the place and everything is clean and well organized. I look forward to coming here and seeing Jeff for many years to come.

I typically call a day or two before and she'll get me in to her schedule, but you can also book out to keep on her calendar. I know that there have also been bridal parties and the like whom she has helped. Also, don't forget those eyebrows. She is a goddess with a bowl of wax, and is the only personal locally who I feel can give me the exact eyebrow edge I'm looking for. Her prices can't be beat, and her service is always top notch. Received a call from Vietnamese hairdresser (Kay?) advising she was running about 10 minutes late. She arrived, parked in back and headed for front door. I went to door and it was locked. I could see her sitting in back. She buzzed me in. NO SMILE OR GREETING. I asked to use restroom and was shown where it was. I came out and she asked what I wanted. I tried to advise. First of all, I said I didn't like my neck shaved, just cut as short as possible with scissors. She told me that she could not do this as it would be uneven. Note that I have not had my neck shaved in years and she is the only person who has had a problem with this. She continued to be unfriendly and I told her she was rude. As it ended, she said she could not do my hair since I said she was rude. At this point, I left. What a disappointment. Would not recommend.
