She looked up my purchase history and got the moisturizer I had previously purchased. She also found a tinted lip balm that almost perfectly matched the color of the other brand of lipstick that I use (because I love the color, but it kept breaking). We also discussed eye liners and the different colors that would look good on me. She helped me pick out two colors I would never have picked on my own. During check out I noticed the eye shadow brushes. She and I discussed the different brushes and I ended getting two (2) of them. Lauren was a pleasure to work with and I am glad I stopped in that day. She was knowledgeable and patient. I will definitely return to this location. I had a second opportunity to work with Lauren when I called the store to inquire about a different facial moisturizer. She was just as helpful this time, too. I ended up getting the moisturizer, more of the tinted lip balm, and another eye shadow brush.
