Unfortunately it's the third time I needed them, potholes are wicked around here…read more Thankfully I found him years ago. So 3 cars 3 different rims 3 repairs and it's always ready before I am. This last one was a mess with 3 dents in it covered in crap. The last pothole was the nail in the coffin. Got it back fixed, cleaned up and done in just 3 days, seems to be the average turnaround for me. This was a 23yr old land Rover rim and now it looks like its straight outta the box. In the midst of putting up the first painting, he literally packed up his tool bag and left after I kindly requested him to move the positioning a quarter inch to the right since it wasn't centered on the wall. Literally no conversation at all except, "I don't want to do this job." When I called the main number, the dispatcher apologized for the worker's behavior and offered an alternative handy person to stop by 2 days later. I was literally left speechless by this level of unprofessionalism - especially when the person is being paid by the hour and not a flat fee. Appreciate that the dispatcher took responsibility and was apologetic, and not defensive at all. However, having planned for more than a week and having moved work commitments for this, it's not acceptable.

White-Glove Service from Start to Finish!…read more We had an excellent experience with DAS Furniture Assembly & Installation, and I can't recommend them highly enough. They built custom shelving for a built-in storage closet used to support heavy glassware and china for events and hosting. From the very beginning, Dean, the owner, stood out immediately. While several handyman companies responded to my inquiry, Dean was the only one who offered a complimentary site visit so his team could fully understand the scope of the project and take precise measurements of the existing shelving. That alone gave me confidence that DAS would take our project seriously. Dean was extremely responsive and communicative every step of the way. After the site visit, the quote we received felt thoughtful, fair, and clearly tailored to our needs, not a generic estimate. As the workplace coordinator, I truly appreciated how easy it was to coordinate details like insurance, loading dock access, and a very specific installation timeline. DAS worked seamlessly with our schedule and completed the entire project within a week, at a time that minimized disruption to the office. The quote, invoice, and payment process were all clear, straightforward, and professional, which made everything stress-free. While a member of the DAS team handled the consultation, Dean himself came on installation day, completed the work, cleaned as he went, and even disposed of the old shelving. The attention to detail and care taken with our office space really reflected a white-glove level of service. Dean is friendly, professional, clearly very experienced, and it's obvious from speaking to him that DAS handles a wide range of office logistics and setup projects with skill and pride. The finished shelving is sturdy, beautifully done, and exactly what we needed. Outstanding experience from start to finish! I'll absolutely be using DAS again for future projects and recommend them without hesitation. Thank you Dean and team for making my job easier and delivering such high-quality results!
