That's all I have to say the customer service is terrible and the quality of the wash wasn't good at all we still had dirt on our wheals and the fenders and the vacuums don't work so I would not recommend going to this car wash I would much prefer driving extra and going to the one in Bryant.

I've been going to this location for almost 6 years and never had issues until she started working here. I've spoken to several levels of management, called corporate and other employees and customers at this store have made complaints about her and nothing is being done. Is this really how the company cares to represent itself? I spend quite a bit of money at this store. Maybe it's time I take my money elsewhere. And I'm not the only customer who has decided to no longer go to this store.

For $28 we went through a regular brush carwash after a guy sprayed the car with a hose that barely dampened the car. I discovered after exiting the wash for $28 I got the privilege of cleaning my own car inside and out. I don't believe a single bug was removed from the front of my car so I spent 20 minutes cleaning it myself. Then got to clean and vacuum the inside myself. For $30 I usually get a HAND WASH and total cleaning inside and out. Windows, vacuum etc. Needless to say I won't be going back to Splash Carwash. I need a recommendation for a good car wash in the LR area.

Vehicle Damaged…read more Visit date: February 20, 2026 Vehicle: 2019 Honda Odyssey After the recent winter weather cleared, I decided to use a car wash voucher I purchased through my daughter's school fundraiser. Unfortunately, a $12 car wash ended up costing me $147.97. This was my first time visiting Splash Carwash. The wash itself was nothing special--just good enough to remove the winter grime from my vehicle. However, shortly after leaving, I noticed the rear window molding/trim was missing. I immediately drove back to the car wash. They found the missing piece near the air blowers, but it had been damaged and looked like it had been run over. They attempted to reinstall it, but it wouldn't stay in place because of the damage. I asked if they would cover the cost to replace the part. I was told their air blowers are no stronger than wind on the highway, so they would not be responsible. That explanation didn't make sense to me--I've owned the vehicle for three months and driven on the highway many times without the trim ever coming loose. I asked for the corporate contact information. Instead, they offered to file an incident report, review their cameras, and have a manager contact me on Monday. This happened on a Friday afternoon, so I agreed and provided my information. They took photos of my vehicle and documented everything. Monday came and went with no call. A week passed with no follow-up. I gave the business an opportunity to resolve the issue before posting this review. At that point, it wasn't worth the hassle, so I ordered the replacement part directly from the dealership myself. I won't be returning to this car wash. For what the replacement part cost, I could have had my vehicle professionally hand-detailed--not to mention the time it took to find and reinstall the part. This clearly happened because of their equipment, so keep this in mind if you're considering a visit. As for me, I'll stick to washing my vehicle by hand or getting a full detail from someone I trust.

No offense but Cabot is to big for what little cops there are cuz cops in this town can take up to idk!!! I was hit by a drunk driver and Cabot police was the last to show up, I had to get my accident report and Cabot said I was .4 miles from city limits! I ain't asking for jurisdiction! I want help now.... but police was last at the scene... so much for "Protect and Serve" if they don't patrol Walmart side of town constantly! There's law breaking drivers all over the damn place in Cabot and I almost lost my wife thinking cops care.... I support people who want to be a cop, but if u swear an oath... and can't do it.... don't arrest people who LEGALLY carry and have a CCL and are protecting their POSSESSIONS!
