They keep it very clean! The store has a bit of anything you might need. Such as hardware, car items, water, drinks, candy, chips, pizza, ice cream, lottery tickets and great price on gas. A small gesture of goodwill in this situation would have reinforced customer loyalty and reflected an appreciation for a long-standing relationship. Instead, the experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer. As a Black customer, this interaction also contributed to a broader concern I have experienced over the years regarding how Black patrons are sometimes treated in businesses that rely heavily on our community's support. I cannot speak to anyone's intentions, but I can speak to how this experience made me feel.
