Ben was responsive, fair priced and more importantly-he and his crew showed up and worked diligently on our stone installation. They completed all the work in one day, and did not do it piecemeal-where we had piles of supplies or equipment lying around. While my initial call was to locate a new landscaping firm to take over our HOA property, he also informed me from the start, that he was not taking on new mowing clients for this season because he had all of the slots filled. However, he did say that they would have time to get some projects completed. We have other projects that we will definitely be considering Sea Grass to complete for us. I would not hesitate using Sea Grass in the future.

He's always up front and honest with his recommendations and priced very reasonably, which can be rare in this market. I've also been impressed with his ability to work around potential issues or obstacles. The work I've seen them accomplish first-hand throughout the community (both hard and soft scapes) is top notch. I highly recommend Sea Grass' services for your landscaping needs.

Highly recommend for sod installation. After searching…read morearound Jacksonville for a landscaping company and interviewing a few to install sod in my backyard, I came across Southwest Landscaping. I contacted Brad, the owner to come out and give an estimate. He was at my house the next morning, very knowledgable about the preparation, different types of grasses, maintance and the installation process. Why we made the decision to go with Southwest over the other companies, is that Southwest wasn't going to take down part of our fence to install sod or charge us an insane amount to till the yard when neither was necessary. Brad said our walk through gates were just fine and they could complete the job without taking any part of our fence down or making us install a drive through gate. After giving the go ahead, he and his crew were here that following evening prepping our yard and back the next morning installing sod. His crew completed our yard in a day and were very professional. We are very pleased with the completed work and would hire Southwest Landscaping again if we ever needed any work done and have already recommend the company to all my neighbors and friends.

It was supposed to blend into (as much as possible) the outlying lawn that survived the winter. It literally just looks like a messed up tetras board. Owner is slightly annoying with questions he asks as we have answered them on several occasions. Doesn't recall details such as that but can recall exactly how much he charged us to mow the lawn last year...odd. I put in a call to him because he never told us how frequently to water the sod or when we could mow it....no call back. Seems to be desperate looking for money.

I thought i was going to have to get 6-8 cubic yards of high quality dirt for a project. The person I spoke with showed me a cheaper way, getting general fill dirt, then putting mortar sand on top. I was concerned at first about the fill dirt because past experiences other places, the dirt had sticks, rocks, and other things. The fill dirt I received had at most 10 sticks and no rocks. The sticks were small and easy to pick out. Another bonus, I got the dirt at the time it was scheduled to be delivered.
