Mr. Palmisano was hired to do a number of jobs around our property in Diamondhead MS. He assured us…read morehe was competent and that the job would be done in two weeks. We live in California, therefore we were trusting his professionalism for the job he quoted us. I had a feeling there was something amiss when I heard form several people that the work he was doing was below standard. So I decided to go to MS and see the work he did. I fired him immediately. Not only was the work not done, but the work he did do, I had to hire another person to finish. It was so bad, everyone that came over said they would not pay him another penny. Not only did he charge us outrageous prices above and beyond what we had agreed upon, but due to his incompetence I had to hire people to fix his work. For example he changed batteries on our thermostat stating the batteries were dead. He also charged me $20 for batteries that almost broke our AC unit since it was the wrong batteries and it kept tripping out main breaker. He Charged us $150 to fix the garage door and it's still broken. He added an additional $80 to trim the closet when it was already quoted in the original quote, basically double charging us for work which was never done until I showed up in MS. I could go on and on, needless to say STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY! Not only is he not licensed, but he's rude, unprofessional, and not to be trusted with ANY WORK!

He told us the cement was a bad batch but there was nothing he could do. The most recent time he came was this past March 2022. His brother had just passed but promised he would be back and figure out how to cut this section out and make it right. I have called, texted, with no response. This is what he did early on as well. We have been more than patient with him, which he acknowledged. Bottom line it is all lip service. If you are looking for concrete work, do not use MJR! What a disappointment he has been. As the owner, he was on site at all times for the work being performed at my home. His employee and he were courteous and took care at all times to minimize the impact on my back porch and shrubbery. He was thorough and appeared to cut zero corners. Once the job was complete, he thoroughly cleaned the premises. They worked very hard and were on site per the days committed; they did what they said they would do. The owner communicated with me daily, explaining what he was finding and how he was dealing with what he found. I highly recommend MJR and now will ask him to do some concrete wor for me in the future.
