They were prompt with return calls, on time for both the estimate and work appointments, and were very courteous and professional. Their price was extremely reasonable. It was the lower of two estimates received for each of the jobs. The tree at my mom's house was in a precarious position between two houses, and they did a good job protecting both of the properties. They were flexible and great to work with. When they arrived to work at my house, I asked if they could take down a couple more branches in addition to what we originally discussed at the estimate. They also found another, somewhat larger, dead branch that needed to be removed that I had not noticed. They took care of all of those additional items that same day at a great, re-negotiated cost. They also cut down a dead stump I requested at the last minute at no additional cost. On the very large oak tree that needed trimming over my lawn, they took the time to discuss with me which branches might need to come down to get more sunlight on the lawn and to look aesthetically pleasing. They had me review the work as it progressed, to ensure my satisfaction, and I was able to request to remove a couple more limbs, which they took care of. The results were beautiful! They were very careful with their bucket truck so as not to damage my yard, and the clean-up after the job was more than thorough. I had trimmed some shrubs that morning as they were working, and they even picked up the branches I had trimmed myself when they were cleaning! Wow! There was no sign of sawdust on my driveway when they left. This is an excellent company to work with! As a single woman taking care of a home (and my mom's), I felt that I got a very fair deal and that they completed their work with integrity and an old-fashioned work ethic that you don't see much anymore. I very highly recommend Deep Root Tree Services!

They also started on the job as soon as we accepted their quote, and they quickly, yet carefully, removed the leaning tree that threatened to fall on our house.
