On August 23, 2024 Ty Warner of Stump Daddy was paid in full for the job. Today is October 20, 2023 and the job has yet to be completed. I spoke to Ty Warner several time by phone and by text, each time I was promised that it would be finished within a day, within a weekend. I have been more than patient with the reasons it's not completed but I have passed my threshold of excuses after almost 2 months. I just want the job completed for the money that I have already paid to Ty Warner of Stump Daddy. Wednesday I was told "I'll call you back in 5 minutes" it's now been 2,906 minutes

After checking on Yelp for a professional group, I received a few calls regarding my need. I wasn't able to use the first contact and initially thought I was not going to be able to use the second company, but boy am I extremely happy I did. Mr. Santos was "Johnny on the spot". He was very professional via our text messages and answered all of my questions. He was also the first of two or three respondents who actually came to the location to give me a free quote. And he actually came the day we text. After carefully weighing my options, I chose Santos. He and his crew all arrived prior to the scheduled time of around 8am. He speaks Spanish and English, while his crew spoke Spanish. They had all of their equipment setup and had started cutting the tree limbs before I left for work. My husband is retired, so he was home to observe. They did not stop for a break until after 1:00pm for lunch and to dispose of the tree parts already loaded on their trailer. When I arrived home from work (between 330-345pm) the tree was no longer standing and they were cutting the last of the trunk in sections in order to load it for disposal. They even moved a couple of pieces of the trunk to our carport to use for a project. My husband and I were extremely happy with the work and were very appreciative of the service that was provided by Santos' Hauling and Demolition.
