These landscapers broke my sprinklers in two places--then later asked me to sign a property damage…read morerelease, claiming it was necessary to continue the project. I found it odd that they waited until the project was well underway to present this, but I signed it in good faith, not knowing the damage had already occurred. We later reviewed footage showing that the sprinkler lines were broken before they asked me to sign the release. Even worse, they planted over the clearly damaged pipes, effectively hiding the issue. Not only is the release invalid--since it was signed after the damage was done--but their actions raise serious concerns about dishonesty and negligence. Not only was their service priced nearly three times higher than competing landscapers, but they've also caused hundreds of dollars in damage to my sprinkler system.
