She has a ton of hand drawn pieces hanging up in her work space and she is extremely talented. She clearly took her time with me and did all that she could to make sure I was informed and comfortable. She was extremely patient with my questions and she took her time when tattooing. She makes great conversation while working, offers breaks if you'd like them, and it's clear she's passionate about what she does. I will be going back to work with her indefinitely. I went to Blue Phoenix to get my dimple piercings, and the piercer accidentally hit a vein it was serious enough that she had to drive me to the ER. After everything, when I still wanted the piercing redone, she told me I'd have to pay $60, even though the mistake was completely hers. I told her that wasn't fair, so she finally redid them for free, but she placed them close to where dahlia piercings go, not actual cheek/dimple piercings. The shop also didn't feel welcoming at all. The front desk lady wasn't friendly, and when I went back later to get my jewelry downsized, Brandy wasn't there. Another girl came out, but she told me she couldn't downsize them and didn't really try to help. She seemed stressed and blunt, which made me even more uncomfortable. They did refund me, but overall the environment and the whole experience were not good. I personally wouldn't go back.

This location has plenty of parking and this tattoo location does get busy on the weekends so plan ahead and get your appointment scheduled with your desired tattoo artist and get tattooed or piercing of your choice. They have a bathroom and drink machine just in case you get thirsty or your guess that comes with you. I had my tattoo placed on my upper arm and my arm was resting on a shelf like piece but underneath that was a metal bar that was digging into my ribs the entire time also the chair is not built for tall people my leg was hanging off the chair but not able to put on the ground. The chair was more uncomfortable than the tattoo. Took about 4 hours to tattoo my piece. Would recommend this facility for the quantity of artists and professionalism. They accept Credit Card payments.
