Colored regular polish painted well The Cons: Top coat applied too heavy & not at the cuticle line Technician didn't like I asked for it to be fixed Technician & what appeared to be the manager said regular polish is thicker--no sir it was applied THICK More importantly who are you to question a service I'm paying for. I asked to only have the big ties repainted & not THICK. Charges for disposable kit but you can't have the items used on YOU. Everything was going good, until it wasn't. I asked for two toes to be repainted, not ten. When I'm paying my money no one gets to tell me what that's worth or what's acceptable. Update: Ring finger toenail came off and I guess my skin was nipped because I have a scab on it & it's puffy. When I say NEVER again, I mean NEVER. read more

Well people, today I ventured out to the nail salon and since I had to pick up some items from Walmart in Vidalia, GA, I stopped in at Nails 4 U. Good idea. Great Covid preventative measures are in effect. Firstly, temperatures are taken upon entering the shop. Randy, at front reception desk, had me check in on a little tablet. Social distancing very apparent. I was very reassured. Everyone was masked but I felt taken care of. Especially Itzbel-- my assigned nail technician. She was attentive, great listening skills and was very efficient...even after she saw how much work she had to do on these neglected toe claws. She was fabulous. I got the basic pedicure but I'm gonna treat myself next month. Make sure to schedule appt before leaving the shop. I am--with Itzbel. read more

Today my mother and I went to Nails 4 U. We were greeted as we walked in the door which is a big thing I feel like a lot of businesses do not tend to do anymore, especially our other local nail salons. My mother had went first and got her nails done by a sweet woman named Ashley. Ashley recommended this really pretty glittery color for my mom and she only ever gets solid colors and mom is still talking about how much she loves it. She was very helpful and had the best personality and a great disposition. Although I walked in relatively late and asked for such a complex design, Randy and Tammy did not show any signs of negativity toward me. Ive been coming to this salon for a few months now and I've gotten pedicures well worth my money, and have always been happy with my nail sets. My favorite part of coming here is knowing I never have to worry about the Nail Techs because they are all honest about what they can and cannot do, and are all very kind and respectful. Me, my sister, and my mom all walked in for pedicures. We were seen right away with no wait. I do suggest calling ahead to confirm in case it's a busy day (we went on a Tuesday at 3:30pm). They have an online check in system and online menus for service and colors accessed by QR codes. But the services were well priced, the girls who did our toes were absolutely lovely, and our feet looked and felt great! Great chairs, very clean. There were plenty of seats available and they offer free drinks (including beer and wine!) We will definitely go back :) read more

So I walked into this nail salon. There's no greeting or acknowledgment or even an inquiry into what I need done. I asked another person if there's a wait and was told there's no one waiting. Thank goodness a technician became to the desk and I could ask about the wait time. It's a not pleasant environment. read more

Today Nov17/19 my first time visiting Nails 4 U in Vidalia I got a Pedicure and a Full set. I had an amazing experience. The staff was extremely friendly & the atmosphere was award winning. I will definitely be making my permanent to go nail salon. read more

I waited an hour for a pedicure after being told it would be 40 minutes. At the one hour mark, I was told that there was still one more customer in front of me. Unacceptable! At the very least be honest with the wait time so the customer has the choice of whether or not to wait. read more

Worst customer service ever. Daughter had horrible acrylics applied that looked like thick mounds that were too small for her fingers. They were unfixable. Next day I took her back to have them removed as her fingers were so sore she couldn't touch them. Owner stated she could fix them or take them off. My daughter agreed to take them off as she couldn't bare them to be manipulated any further. When I asked for a refund I was informed she would not do that and it was my daughters fault she had them taken off. I have never had such rude, irrational service in my life. It escalated into a screaming match as she stated for me to just go away. I would give it 0 stars if it were possible. This place borders on criminal in their practices. Terrible customer service. The nail lady cut me 3 different times because she was too busy staring at other people instead of paying attention to what she was doing. I got acrylic nails & she made them different lengths and several of them were crooked. I'd gladly go somewhere else & pay more. read more
