Enzo did not demonstrate accountability for mis communication and mis interpretation. My son was going to go to see Enzo for a confirmed appointment, he is very knowledgeable in the proper way to text as most teens are. I will not recommend this salon based on their unprofessional behavior and based a lack of taking accountability that we experienced.
