They have 2 separate spaces for different types of classes. On the bottom floor, they have "The Wild" a space for strength and conditioning circuits. On the second floor they have "The Den", which is for Pilates, sculpt, yoga, and recovery classes (with both heated and non-heated classes available!). They also have personal training available as well as community events (run clubs, etc.). I've been seeing PAKT Fitness pop up all over my social media so I was excited to check it out as I had a complimentary credit for classes in "The Den". Booking the class was fairly easy on their webite and I also got lots of email and text reminders regarding the class I had signed up for. Day of my class I decided to show up about 20 min before class. I entered the door and checked in with the staff at the front. The staff gave me a quick intro of the studio space as well as let me peek into "The Wild" room where I saw all the strength training equipment available. With "The Den" space upstairs, there was a long flight of stairs to climb. Once at the top you have to take off your shoes before entering the rest of the space where there are shoe racks to the left. Entering "The Den", the space is beautifully designed with nude soft pastel pink walls and flattering lighting. There are 2 washrooms that are equipped with showers (shampoo and conditioner also provided) if you want to freshen up afterwards. There is also a hair dryer or dry shampoo as well. The only refillable water station is downstairs but they also have a jug filled with water upstairs as well. Lockers are available both upstairs and downstairs although I did have some trouble with using them (staff were friendly with assisting unlocking the lockers afterwards!). The class my friend and I selected was called the "Non-heated: K-Method (Strength x Pilates)". The workout is music-driven where it combines weight-training with Pilates-based movement which builds lean muscle, strengths the core, and creates a body that is powerful and balanced. The mats are not assigned so you are free to choose any mat you'd like once you arrive. I believe there were about 24 mats in the studio. In terms of equipment, everything you need for the class is in the studio (resistance bands, weights, blocks, etc.). Mat towels are recommended where I was given a free one as it was my first class there (usually they are $2 to rent). There was maybe 1-2 people in my class who did not use a mat towel. Small face towels are provided to wipe your sweat during the workout. For the class we took, our instructor, Michelle, was welcoming and encouraging. Before the class began she made sure we had the right equipment by our mats. She made sure to scan the room as well as do some of the exercises with us to make sure we were doing things correctly. She personally also asked for our names where she wanted to make sure we had a good workout. Despite the class being in a non-heated room, it got sweaty in there quite quickly from all the exercises and pulsing we were doing. It was an intense class that worked the whole body! Overall, a beautiful new boutique studio offering strength training, conditioning, Pilates, sculpt, yoga, and recovery classes in 2 different spaces! The lockers are a bit of a struggle to use but this is a great space if you are looking for somewhere with smaller class sizes with a community feel. If I didn't have a membership at another fitness studio already I'd consider going to PAKT Fitness! A great space to get a great workout in with encouraging and motivating coaches.

The excercises were intentional, activating muscles that I would normally never think to work out let alone use. Fahreen was a great instructor, paying close attention to our form and correcting it in an unintimidating environment (even for a newb like myself). The cleanliness of the studio was top notch. The mediterranean theme decor was inspiring. The Merrithew equipment, likely one of the best of its kind. I had a very enjoyable experience at Trivara Pilates and definatlely plan to visit again!

I did their foundational class which is perfect for beginners. They have 8 reformer machines, so the instructor is able to spend time with each person (correct their form as needed). My instructor was Simona - she was great! I love how she teaches her class to be intentional and controlled with movements/breaths. The upstairs is where the reformer pilates takes place and is the newer part of the studio. The studio is clean and super welcoming. They have spin, barre classes, mat pilates and reformer pilates. I made my way upstairs where the room was beautifully lit from all the big windows. The workout itself was a 5/5, as it worked me hard! Loved Christina's energy in motivating the class and fixing people's forms if they were off. The music choice was also very good and upbeat. Reformers pilates level 2 is definitely a tough one that will get your body shaking in ways you didn't know it could. I left the class feeling super energized and happy. Because of covid, the door of the building is locked so you'll have to wait outside before class. The instructor will come down about 5 minutes before class to let you up. The studio is nice and cozy with large floor to ceiling windows and lovely tropical plants all around the place. There are 5 reformers in the room which make it a smaller sized class which is wonderful. (Yay when I get more attention from the teacher! LOL) I was a bit nervous coming in for the first time but the teacher was very nice and explain every steps clearly and made sure I was set up properly between each poses. They even follow up with you by text after class to make sure everything went well or if we might have any questions. I loved the experience and I am excited to continue with them after I finish all my Intro classes. They even offer Teacher Training which might be something I might consider later on.

I tried an intermediate class and the resistance was a bit low but the deep core moves were really challenging. The instructor was great and approaches the class from a physio perspective by having each participant engage their core by tilting their pelvis forward, dropping their rib cage, flattening their back, and breathing correctly for maximum benefit. After the class I felt taller and more lean. Would I Return? Absolutely!
