The first impression upon entering the building was that it was a very nice set up. There were many very nice photographs on display everywhere. There were also old cameras on display which was a nice touch. It was a good first impression of the business. The two young ladies seated behind the front counter were very friendly and professional and immediately assisted my family and I. GREAT customer service. Approximately ten minutes went by when the photographer assigned to us, Paula sat at our table and we chatted for a few minutes about the photos to be taken and the area we currently reside in which was nice. We were taken to the rear of the large studio and Paula got to work. She is a GREAT photographer and an even nicer person. She was so friendly, funny and down to earth. Paula did her thing as far as taking many, many pics but was also open to our feedback on a few pics. We have yet to see the finished product or pricing so I cannot comment on those two items. My review is simply for my first impression of the studio and the amazing staff.

Infact, Mo has become an even betterphotographer over the years and really captured the vibe we wanted for our second maternity shoot. Their team was also very responsive to the changes we requested, and their service goes above and beyond. The new location is fantastic--more spacious and well-lit, with convenient parking. We are extremely happy with the service and product we received. Once our daughters are older, we'll be back for another shoot. Would highly recommend if you want high quality, aesthetic photos!

Everything was clearly explained upfront, including all pricing and package options, so there were no hidden costs or surprises. The studio was beautiful and fully equipped with multiple shooting areas, a private dressing room, refreshments, snacks, and everything needed to feel comfortable throughout the session. There was also an incredible selection of gowns and backgrounds. The catalogs were emailed well in advance, giving me plenty of time to look through everything and make my selections without feeling rushed. My photographer, Drea, and my assigned assistant, Melinna, were warm, encouraging, helpful, and so much fun to be around. They had music playing and fans going, creating such a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. Melinna even went downstairs to bring my husband and children up to join the shoot, which meant so much to me. Michelle was equally wonderful and made choosing my final images such an easy and enjoyable experience.
