I wrote her a text on May 9, 2025, stating that I had just looked in the mirror and was shocked after paying $282.76, which included taxes of $22.76. I was told that I didn't have to pay a tip, and I believe that's why the $22.76 was added. On May 10, 2025, I received a text from Janet telling me that the tint probably faded: "As it only lasts 7 days on the skin." Janet had not told me that before I had the procedure, and now I have brown or orange eyebrows. Since my eyebrows were also waxed, they are very thin, with gray stubble growing straight out. I am very upset, since my eyebrows will not grow back in some places. The right eyebrow is shorter in the front, and the left is shorter in the back. Janet offered me a complimentary tint on my eyebrows and lashes, as well as a future appointment. I texted her on May 28, 2025, that I wouldn't let her near my lashes or eyebrows if she paid me.

I came and saw Bernadette a few years back when we originally shaped and tattooed on my brows after I had barely any!! For several years since, my brows remained fresh looking and natural, which I feel like is every female's biggest wish. None of us want to say we over tweezed or misshaped our brows, we've always wished we had a full, luscious and naturally shaped beautiful brow, but most of us have needed this service to achieve that. For the last several years, I never had to touch an eyebrow pencil, my entire makeup regimen had changed because my dark beautiful shaped brows brought out the best in my eyes... And that's truly a thanks to the talented and artistic Bernadette!! Thus, I went in for my touchup and we caught up like old friends, she gave me a radical price and my brows look so fresh that my self esteem is bursting!! I've said it before and I'll say it again... Bernadette. Is. The. BEST. Why wait!? Get to her books and do it. No woman has ever walked away, saying they regret working with her!!

It should be noted that I took care of my brows during the healing process and did quite a bit of research on my own about the healing process. Kelli corrected the errors in my brows and gave me a beautiful new set of microbladed brows in a way that completely covered the disaster area that were my brows before. It was nearly painless and I even fell asleep on the table. She creates a comfortable and relaxing environment and her perfectionism permits for accurate eyebrow mapping and execution of blading. Thank you! Update: Just had my brows touched up, which is standard, and Kelli added some dimension to them to match the different colors of hairs in my actual brows. As a customer, I had anxiety about going through this process after they were previously messed up by an "expert." I love them. Thanks Kelli!

Look, I know this whole COVID mess has screwed up everyone's lives....and livelihoods, but holy…read moreheck, if I could give zero stars for the interaction I've just had with the owner Emily at Brow Fox, I surely would. Last month when we were in the middle of the first shut down I literally stopped at the salon and called from the parking lot in an effort to avoid any unnecessary exposure to Emily, her employees, and other clients. I could see people in the business moving about, but no one bothered to answer the telephone. This should've been my first indicator that things were not legit here. But because I have visited the salon before and had a great experience with one of her contractors, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and went ahead and walked in to see if I could make a future appointment. Emily herself finally came to the counter and explained she was in the middle of eating lunch and there is no possible way she could take me that day. Again, I hadn't asked her to take me *that day*, I was simply trying to make a future appointment. She advised she had zero availability for at least the next 6 to 7 weeks. I agreed to accept her first available appointment and kindly asked her to please place me on a waiting list in case anything freed up before then. Then I asked about her availability to touch up the micro blade on my brows at a later date (a $300+ service). Suddenly she had availability three weeks out. Of course I took the appointment and was anxious to have my COVID Frau unibrow whipped back into shape. Skip ahead to yesterday when I received not one, not two, but three request to confirm my appointment for today via email and text nearly back to back. I responded to all three as requested immediately. A few hours later I received an email stating she was shutting the shop down down due to state guidelines. Unfortunately, her email message was not 100% clear and I wanted to make certain I wouldn't miss my appointment which appeared from her email would be one of the last completed before her shut down. I did not want to stand her up, and I also did not want to violate her policy and be charged for an appointment I missed due to any misunderstanding and her communications (she has my card # on file). I emailed through her site but got no response. At 7:30 this morning I received a fourth request to confirm my appointment via email. I immediately called to leave a message at the shop as it appeared her messaging system was having problems. Imagine my surprise when she answered her phone at 7:30 AM! I attempted to explain my reason for calling only to be cut off, interrupted, and barked at in a nasty, unprofessional manner. This was followed by the line going dead, so due to her attitude, I assumed she had hung up on me. Rather than call her back, I simply emailed her just her asking she remove me from her client list permanently. Below is her email response to me along with my reply received this afternoon. I'm also including screen captures in case anybody wants to call into question the validity of her response. While I understand we are all on edge due to the extreme stress and pressure COVID-19 has placed everyone under, her behavior was completely inappropriate and unwarranted considering the situation. I will no longer do business with this woman, and strongly suggest anyone interested in her services continue looking for someone who can manage their behavior and communications in a professional manner instead of lashing out and behaving as if they are the only person in the world who has been affected by this pandemic. I wish you the best of luck Emily, you're going to need it with your poor attitude :-( PLEASE SEE THE SCREEN CAPTURES OF EMILYS UNWARRANTED EMAIL TO ME IN THE ATTACHED PHOTOS
