They managed to get my review deleted so here we go again! Shopped around for 2 months before regrettably choosing Studio 10222 for our wedding photos/video. What sold us was their sample photos, videos, as well as pricing-the owner Adolfo assured us that by being a small business, they have low overhead costs, hence the deal. Our package included all photos, 100 thank you cards, album, 3 min video recap+raw video footage. What we received was really bad quality. After months of me trying to remedy the situation with Studio 10222, an entire month of him completely ignoring me till I threatened the BBB, we are retaking our wedding photos and having a professional redo our 3 minute recap. When we went to our final meeting to get our raw video footage after all that, Adolfo blamed bad weather, lack of time, and then ME for the fact that our photos were awful - 0 accountability or sincere apology on his end. After 40 minutes of arguing, it was clear this was the worst decision we made for photo/video. We went to a new photographer for a consult to retake photos as it was clear Studio 10222 isn't interested in remedying our situation to avoid this bad review which I warned him of so this can't come as a surprise to you, Adolfo. The first thing the new photographer asked was if we were showing them cellphone camera photos. They were in shock that we paid money for these. Now the video issue. I requested edits on the 3 min recap, we were told we'd get the revision a week later-not surprisingly it's been almost 2 weeks- ghosted again! Our new videographer who is going to fix it was shocked to see how awful the 3 min recap is. It's a bunch of random clips, not in sequence, the longest part is of the antipasto bar, the mom/son dance is featured longer than our first dance. It's pathetic. He is concerned he may not be able to produce a professional looking 3 min recap due to the bad raw video quality, so I have submitted guest cellphone video of our first dance and ceremony as the quality is better on their devices! It appears Studio 10222/Adolfo B. & his crew have no professional training in photography/videography. Whatever work they show potential customers is either not theirs or not at par with what we received. They are just a few "business people" with cameras who don't know how to use them & shouldn't be in the wedding industry. Bottom line if you've read this far and are still considering using his services for your wedding, I will say I told you so in advance. read more

The owner Adolfo and his team at studio10222 went above and beyond. Good wedding pictures the wedding film was edited exactly as requested. Purchased external hard drive directly from them they made it easy for us to take home our wedding memories one and done. We are so happy to have received everything in time for the holiday season can't wait to showcase what we've received to our family and friends. They are the real deal. read more

I have hired Studio 10222 and have used Adolfo's services for over 15 years. They have done a wonderful job taking our annual family portrait every year and creating our annual Christmas cards. They also did our photos and videos for our kids birthdays, Baptism, Communion and Confirmation which were all fantastic quality. Having a company reliable that we can call to capture our large family memories is extremely important to us and this company has been consistently good for 15 years. This year was especially great because his service was above and beyond. He was very flexible and accommodating with my crazy busy schedule to take our photos. We hired them for photography and video and they also gave us a great deal on a last minute photo booth (studio quality photos well worth it). I am shocked to hear the previous review. We were married on July 2nd, 2016 and we were thrilled with our photographs and video from Studio 10222. The owner, Adolfo, was amazing to work with and was very accommodating. I had very specific shots that I wanted and he got them all. For example, I had shown him a picture of a sparkler picture from another photo that I wanted to recreate and he corralled all of my guests outside during the reception to get the perfect shot for me. As for our 3-minute video, we are totally in love with it and have posted it to Youtube along with the song my husband wrote for me [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P5OqLdFa7Yk]. After our wedding, I also had Adolfo photograph my real estate pictures. I'm very sorry that you had a bad experience but I have been married twice and hated the pictures I had done the first time.
