You expect the gear to be in good condition and the experience to be pleasant. That would make for a 4 star experience in my book. But, Doug went above and beyond the call of duty. From helping me pick exactly what I needed and nothing I didn't, to communicating with my insurance company to make sure they had all the information I needed in the right place so that I would be properly covered should something go wrong. I called the man at the last minute "You got a slider?" the answer was "Yup" and it was promptly picked up. My delivery guys dropped the ball so Doug brought the gear to my shooting location which was luckily not too far from his office but still, way above and beyond what I expect a gear rental business to do. The best way I can describe it is pride of work. I will ALWAYS rent from Pro Gear Orlando! It's difficult not to; Doug made it, smooth, easy, painless, convenient, pick whichever adjective suits you best. Thank you Doug! I actually look forward to renting gear from you again :)

We accidentally went into the shop first and were redirected to the service store by the nice young gentleman manning the counter there. The shop, I have to say is truly impressive with the selection of cameras and film rolls and accessories they have in stock! You'll find everything from vintage stuff to modern photography necessities in this place. I took my 12 year old Nikon P510 for servicing as I was having trouble with the LCD display. Michael helped me with the issue and advised that it needed a battery and/or charger replacement. Since he didn't have any EN-EL5 batteries or MH-61 chargers in stock for sale at the time, he directed me to sources where I can find them and didn't charge me a single dime for the consultation! This gentleman runs an honest business and is genuinely passionate about his craft. He and his team are kind, honest, considerate and true professionals. Will definitely recommend Kiwi Camera Service and Kiwi Camera Shop for all sorts of photography needs.

To say it's a time capsule would be a disservice, because everything at Kiwi has an application for modern creative photography. Take it from someone who's been pipping into mom-n-pop camera stores around the world since the 80s--the Kiwi Camera Service used store is worth a check. If you're like me, the least you'll walk out of there with is a handful of boutique-brand 120 film and a head swimming with ideas of how you're gonna shoot it.

I am so amazed by her talent and professionalism - her passion and genuine care for client satisfaction are so clear. She puts a lot of effort into getting a great variety of shots and has a fantastic eye for highlighting the best features. She goes out of her way to create an experience. Her pricing is very competitive, especially when you consider the value in the quality, talent, and overall experience she provides. During my professional shoot, she could tell I was not comfortable with my appearance. She addressed it immediately, and after learning I didn't love how my hair looked, she pulled out her flat iron and fixed it herself. I was blown away at the service. The shots came out perfect, and I received them quickly. I spent an entire day with her for my boudoir session. She provided wine, pastries, and chocolates while I had my hair and makeup professionally done in her studio. She helped me pick out my outfits and made me feel so beautiful and comfortable with myself. She took time to get to know my insecurities and worked with them both while shooting and in editing. She also knew I was trying to give these images to my boyfriend for his birthday less than 2 weeks later, and she made it happen with time to spare at no extra cost. In addition to the digital images for my boudoir shots, Yuliya recommended I get an album. She mentioned the print versions would really make a difference, and she was absolutely correct. The leather-bound album was very high quality and the shots really popped in print. When I gave my boyfriend the album and showed him the digital images, he also agreed the print versions did have a little something extra to them. I highly recommend Yuliya to anyone looking for photography services with a genuine artist/professional. I look forward to working with Yuliya more in the future!

The photos from my shoot were a gift and I had a deadline. OWP came up with a plan to get me a final product two weeks before my dead line! My first meeting was in the studio, all aspects of design were covered and I pre-ordered a bound book. Although my final costs were more then I wanted to spend ($$$$), the quality of the work was worth every penny. The overall communication with OWP was amazing and the customer service was great. Olivia and Chantille wonderful to work with. The shoot was really fun! Olivia and Yakeima (awesome designer!) made me feel relaxed and kept the mood upbeat and exciting. I have nothing but great memories and would not change a thing about that shoot! A few weeks after my shoot I went back the OWP studio to preview the photos for my book. Viewing my photos was difficult; the computer program was sluggish and loaded everything very slowly. The process was a bit awkward; they had just rearranged the studio and didn't quite have the computer situation or seating figured out so that could have been the problem. Although I am very pleased with the way the photos turned out I felt that the review process took longer than it needed to. The photography itself is amazing. I choose Olivia because her work speaks for itself. The artistic, professional look, and quality of Olivia's photography is exactly what I was looking for when I found her online. I am very pleased that the real life work matches her portfolio. What you see is what you get... and what you get is great!
