This was his first time going to party hair salon and when he got home I saw his haircut I was very angry at how she did a terrible job. She has bad lighting and wasn't wearing her glasses because he got home with this horrible haircut, his hairline is all crooked and the back of his head is a lot of patches that have a lot of hair and other patches close to bald spots. It looks like this lady gave my husband a children's trim and a really bad one to say the list.

I do not speak Spanish and have never had any trouble, someone can always help if needed. The skill of Patty in particular and the other estilistas, also, is perfectly suited to my sensibilities. Scissors and clippers cost the same, and the PRICE IS RIGHT! A hidden gem.

For me; I have been a loyal Joe's fan for going on 20 years! Each and every time; that would be lots, this shop and it's consummate friendly professionals have never once disappointed me. Rather, each time I come out the compliments always follow. But, the compliments don't really belong to me ... "Boy do you look good!", they belong to Joe and his staff for being the artists that render an average fellow like me "beautiful". Check this hidden treasure out some day and you will see what I mean. And, oh by the way, the prices are crazy low. The best job at a happy price. When I arrived I was met at the door by the "bridal expert" I felt like I was a burden right away. She was annoyed my hair was still somewhat wet and she said to make sure I wash it the night before and to tell all my bridesmaids to wash it the night before. Ok, not an issue. The makeup portion went fine we had a good conversation, so things were looking up. I think she did a great job on my eyes, but I really wanted some great contouring and I don't think she did that. Hair, this is where we went downhill. She said my hair was dry. I apologized and promised to use product before the wedding. She said not to use product the week before because she wouldn't be able to do anything with it, I've never heard of such a thing. I asked for two pieces left out to curl to frame my face. While trying to curl them she said she didn't like these pieces and asked if she can just CUT them off! She was frustrated I didn't have extensions. And I told her I was open to them if it was needed to achieve the look and if she couldn't do that without them to focus on either the updo part or just curl the bottom. Idk why, but she teased the bottom. It looked like a rats nest. I don't understand how she could leave it like that. How would that make me want to come back with my bridal party!? Maybe I was just an inconvenience and she didn't want me to come back? Really disappointed. As soon as I saw it I said thank you and paid $150. I didn't bother to comment or ask her to change anything cause at that point I knew I'd be going elsewhere.
