After doing lots of searching and looking online before the move I came across this studio I had reached out even before we moved to ask if it was to late to get my daughter in. I was ALWAYS responded to quickly by the office staff especially miss Angie! The first day we went in to try a class I instantly felt welcomed and like family already. This studio was a lot smaller than our previous one so I was a bit nervous at first but we felt an instant connection and looked no further. We love the values of this studio and how much they lean into faith in all they do. We had our first recital with them in June and enjoyed it, all the staff works really hard and I have found that the "smaller" studio to us made for a better home studio for us where people really get to know you and your child's name. I pray my daughter continues to grow here and be challenged to become a better dancer and better person.

I felt uncomfortable and out of place with how she was looking at me. I told her I was here for my two-year-old trial and she said she doesn't have my name written down and I just now wanting to do it? I told her no that I've been texting with someone, Erin, and set it up with her. She got my name and pointed me to the door and that was it. Very rude and unpleasant, made me very uncomfortable. Then they have a tiny little window you can look through to watch your child, but all the moms are surrounding it. Only one mom was nice to me and knew that I was trying to see if my little girl was even interested so I could peek through the window every now and then. Just then another lady came and stood right in front of me and I couldn't see anything just very inconsiderate. Not sure why this place has a five star review!

NOT this place! After the first class I think everyone that worked there already knew my daughters name. We started with my almost four year old. She LOVED it from day one! The teachers are absolutely incredible! After my two year old watched our oldest enough times, she started wanting to take dance class. She in VERY introverted so we thought there was no way she would do it. They held an open house one Saturday, and we took our two year old. Literally one of the instructors scooped up our two year olds hand with a huge smile on her face, and started teaching her. She LOVED IT. We signed her up but we still weren't sure if she would like it. Well she didn't like it, she LOVED it! So now our almost four year old and two year old both go here. Everyday they wake up asking if they get to go to dance class today! I've even had text conversation with the OWNER helping me sign up or answer questions. That's unheard of these days. There are MANY studios in the Keller/Southlake area, but I can promise you, this is the best one!!!

We literally had no experience dancing at all when we started with them. They are both such amazing teachers, so patient and kind and made us feel like we could do it, even though we were in our fifties with no experience at all. Now almost 10 years later we are still taking lessons and love to dance. Matt is so patient and good at explaining things as well as figuring out where the problem is when a dance move doesn't work. It is so satisfying to work through new moves and new dances and master them. Matt and Marina are not only good teachers and choreographers, they are excellent dancers. Let's just say going here on a weekly basis has maintained my physical and mental health! Here are my favorite parts: 1. Signature Group Training Classes: Many members don't know that our membership includes these awesome classes. If you've been to Orange Theory Fitness, the GTX classes are a very similar concept minus the rower. I love the combination of cardio and strength training, making you that strong hybrid athlete! Big shoutout to my favorite coaches - Christa on the weekdays; and Aaron on the weekends. 2. Dynamic Personal Training: Well, I thought I didn't need this since I've been exercising for years, but after taking a complimentary session, I decided to commit. I have to brag about coach Victoria. She has taught me so much! My form for upper body training was off all this time - apparently, I don't keep those shoulders down to avoid injury/strain. I'm now lifting heavier: weight down, more skeletal muscle mass, and less percent body fat. I could go on, but it's worth the extra money and time. 3. Lifetime app: If you can't make it to the gym, they have on demand classes to take your workout with you. I actually use this quite often when I can't make it there physically, and simply look at the training plan to help guide my workouts. 4. Kids Academy: You can drop off your kiddos before your workout to keep them entertained. This is a huge plus for busy parents, and the kids can sign up for classes. 5. Other cool amenities: There's a sauna, cafe, swimming pool, and spa. You literally can do your nails, but I haven't used their services yet. Oh, they even have pickle ball classes and obviously a pickle ball court for free play. 6. Equipment: I'm used to having only 2-3 squat racks and fighting/waiting on those. There's plenty to go around here! I also love to use those bumper plates; they keep them in good condition. 7. Treadmills: The treadmills are so nice to run on. They even have a sled pushing mode. I typically run on Bootcamp training mode to easily adjust the incline and speed. The only downside is they don't have a built-in fan. The entire place is kept pretty clean with a water filling station, fresh towels, mats, etc. I almost forgot to mention they have a recovery/stretch area. I can go on all day, but long story short, you should do a free tour to see what you're missing out on.

The quality of instructors is high and I'm a personal fan of the Alpha strength classes. The gym is always clean and the locker rooms as well. I love the amenities of having a sauna and showers. I also like having a protein shake at the cafe if I'm running somewhere else other than home after the gym. We joined a year ago and are looking forward to taking advantage of their outdoor pool this summer. If you have little kids, I hear the kids facilities are amazing too.
