Walking in I was immediately reminded of those after hours parties I frequented when living in Detroit in my early 20's - even down to the "where the heck is this place anyway!?"
Climbing up those warehouse steps with my buddy James I could hear chatter and music so I knew we were headed to the party. Wow is this place cool! Trendy, kitschy, authentic and eclectic. I loved all the funky features - like the piano with dozens of melted candle wax, and the speaker wall.
The food was spot on! Aaron, the owner and chef prepares food right there in his kitchen and we got to sample some of his bites, like the goats cheese and beetroot with dehydrated olives. Dude! He's even cooked for the Queen.
Try this place out for your next party, wedding, birthday, corporate dinner or hens/bucks night. You won't be disappointed! read more
