Hey there, to the person reading this review looking for a sign on wether or not you should give…read morethis place a shot. Waxing can be intimidating, and if done incorrectly, can be extremely painful and regretful. I had my fair share of terrible waxes in my lifetime. But guess what, none of them have been here. Been coming to Bombshell for the last decade and I've had nothing but great service over the years from everyone I've encountered. I've "Happily" spent my money here on my Fiancée and I and continue to do so consistently. Sooooooo...if you've read this much of my review, then I've already made your mind up for you Experience Bombshell, get off of the fence you are metaphorically on, and you'll understand why so many people love it here and keep coming back.

Terrible customer service - and this was a long time ago (at a Mandeville Bombshell Waxing) but I…read moreremember it as though it was yesterday. Their attendants are habitually late at performing services but once, when my teenage daughter was just 8 minutes late, not only did they deny her service, they insisted that one of her services be deducted from her account. I had noticed in a previous post that someone put an image of a "Notice to Vacate" on the door of the business and it didn't surprise me at all - what goes around, comes around. It's pretty simple - the Golden Rule - treat people the way you want to be treated. Again, this "Bombshell" waxing incident was from 5 years ago on the northshore but I still remember it as though it was yesterday. Fortunately, I have not had to experience shockingly poor customer service at this level by any business. Just dreadful. Hopefully they have changed their policies and treat people as humans.

I booked a new client appointment with Erica a few weeks ago after moving here in January. I had…read morebeen doing my own brows for months by tweezing and trimming and needed a shape up that would hopefully lead to me finding my new go to brow place. Unfortunately this wasn't the case. I can't speak for every employee but Erica really left her mark (with tint) on my face... I used to tint my own brows and it never turned out this horrible. The wax job itself was fine - she mapped out my face and left what she think I needed to grow out but it still looked messy once I scrubbed the tint off, which hurt considering it wasn't easy to remove. Let's just say I left not being able to look anyone in the eyes. How embarrassing! On a plus side, the inside of this business is very well taken care of and decorated nicely. As for leaving happy with the service, this was a bad experience for me and the $69 I lost.
