Our dog's coat was very overgrown and long overdue for a good grooming. Kathie was able to fulfill our request for a short "puppy cut" and our dog's coat was shiny and extremely soft!!! We've been to other places in the past and left with subpar results that have cost the same or slightly more and taken 3-6 hours. Kathie had our dog completed in about 2 hours. I explained what happened to Stella's previous groom, which was cut very short because Stella is a scared, sassy girl who likes to scare people with teef. Kelsey showed me all the tools at the self wash station. She also explained how to use the wash, what shampoos they have for the customer to use. AND since I was having so much trouble getting Stella into the tub, Kelsey asked me if Stella was treat motivated, which the treat helped me get her in the tub!! It was such a magical experience to see that my dog calmed down once she knew I was the one bathing her with tons of treats that Treats Unleashed provide for your pet to feel calm as possible. A WONDERFUL place to practice positive reinforcement with your animals, for bathing especially.
