The demeanor, professionalism, skill, and techniques are all very impressive. Hannah is a complete joy. She has impeccable attention to detail. After spending time talking with me, we decided on a perm, but I definitely didn't want a super curly one. I wanted loose curls - more towards a wave. Rebecca scoured the salon and managed to find the right size rods from other stylists to make sure I got what I needed. After she'd worked me into her day, I really appreciated the time she spent making sure I was satisfied. In fact, I went to the Hair Cuttery today for a balayage (trying to go back to blonde from when Dena dyed my hair a beautiful brown for my wedding) and an undercut at the nape. They did a horrible job and I'm very seriously considering making an appointment with Shear Success because I know that they can fix my hair.
