But based on the reviews, I thought it would be okay bc plenty of young children have a hard time and I thought with redirection and distraction we could be okay. I requested Nicole based on the other reviews that she was excellent with kids. My daughter was upset as expected but instead of engaging or trying to distract, or giving any time for her to calm down, she got straight to the business of cutting. She cut her hair SO much shorter than I asked (I asked for it to just be evened out in the back), and worse it is completely uneven and looks like someone took a hacksaw to it. I understand that it's hard to cut children's hair especially when they're not cooperating. But if she couldn't do her job or didn't feel like she could cut hair straight, then she should never have tried to cut it. No one should pay and come out worse than before. I'm so incredibly upset. We booked the first haircut package and it was basically 5 min of someone taking a scissor and haphazardly cutting her hair. It was like Nicole was just trying to be done with it and get us out.
