She gave a quick overview of the space and their guidelines. The locker room looked clean and well maintained. The class was very well attended, at times making it difficult to see the instructor, during which I would look at my neighbors when I wasn't sure what to do. The class was challenging and with it being hot yoga that raised it to the next level. They do offer other classes that does not have the heat intensity which probably would have been a better starting point for me so I may look into those for next time.

Today was the day I tried it out. I'm currently undergoing physical therapy for a recent shoulder surgery. The PT is tough, and I was feeling it today. A little self care was just what I needed. I tried the $29 special. 15 minutes in the compression boots. This was a fabulously relaxing process. You sit in a comfortable chair with your legs up, soothing spa music playing and dim lighting. 10 minutes in the HALO infrared booth, with salt infusion (they'll explain it) THIS WAS AMAZING. Red light therapy is the way to to be kind to your body. It has so many benefits. This was a full body experience. You sit on a chair in the booth, goggles on, and just let the red lights do their magic and let the salt air wash over you (I knew it was in the air because when I licked my lips they were mildly salty, haha) You can feel a soft warmth which in itself is relaxing. Then, 35 minutes in the sauna with light therapy. I chose Indigo color (see photos to see the color chart) The setting was at medium heat, per my request, which for me was perfect. I chose eucalyptus as my aroma and it was deliriously relaxing. I was also given a complimentary bottle of water, as well as a cold cloth. IT WAS THE BEST HOUR OF MY LIFE. I was so impressed with this place I signed up for the membership. I opted for the minimal package (Restore) but for my circumstance right now I think it's the best fit. Trith is...life is crazy. From the moment you step inside you can feel the relaxing, warm ambiance. Soothing spa music play throughout. Each room is set up to be inviting and very private. Also, extremely clean and organized. Kris is the owner, I had the pleasure of meeting her today. She took the time to show me around and answer my questions. Her front desk employee, Zoe, was really friendly and very knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to future sessions. I highly recommend that you visit this location and take advantage of the introductory specials that are offered. You won't be sorry.
