I was kind of creeped out by this as it was as if they were expecting violence. All the usual high end brands are here: Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Dolce & Gabana, Prada, Tiffany, Cartier, Rolex. It was not busy when I visited & I wonder if this part of La Isla is ever busy. I just don't imagine most visitors to Cancun shopping for high end merchandise. It is the same price as in the US. The only difference was that if you made a purchase, you could possibly get the 9% tax refunded on leaving Mexico. You just need your credit card, store receipt, passport, immigration form & flight ticket. That said, Golden Goose had me complete the form online and I never received the refund :'-(

This is my favorite mall in Cancun. There is so much here! If you like high end, the fashion show…read morepart has Gucci, LV, Golden Goose (my new fave), Prada, Etc. You can fill out forms online to get 9% tax refunded when you exit Mexico. There are the normal shops like Crocs, Zara, H&M, Abercrombie, Lululemon (expensive in Mexico), Adidas, DJI. There are lots of places to eat, be it high end Ryoshi (think $100 pp) or Hooters or Johnny Rockets. There is also a Senor Frogsshop here with loads of t shirts and hats. The lagoon runs thru the mall and their are almost crocodiles to be seen! It's a little difficult to get an Uber here, so walk to the Hilton Canopy and there is almost always one waiting nearby.

The Boutique Palacio was the only one insert into and what a great concept. It has lots of different boutique stores in smaller sections. Lots of options. This is an outdoor mall with both dining and shopping available. I really enjoyed the lush plants throughout to really tie in the location. As I didn't purchase anything, can't speak tot he value. Perhaps next time.

Could not have had a better shopping experience here! I was pleasantly surprised that it was…read moreRebajas here! I know the yearly sale with fantastic prices from Zara in Marbella and Madrid! Cancun did not disappoint! On the first day that I went to La Isla, I picked out a pair of white all cotton jeans and a pair of denim all cotton shorts. With the sale discounts, the total came to just $30US!!! I wore those shorts at my hotel and they were super stylish (high waisted) and extremely soft and comfy. I decided I wanted another pair, and I decided I wanted a second pair of white jeans that I had tried and put back. So once again, I got a taxi to La Isla. I quickly found the pair of white jeans, but, the shorts were no where to be found. There was a gentleman working, so I asked. Luckily I was wearing the pair I'd purchased 2 days earlier, so we were able to get the item info from the tags. He could see they had a single pair remaining. He looked. I looked, but we were unable to find them. Bummer. So, I went to the check out line and while waiting, he came rushing up with the shorts in hand! He had found them! Could not have asked for better service! And the selections were still good with more items being marked down daily. Great shopping experience!
