I spoke with an owner the next day she wanted me to come back let them try and fix it.... my reply your salon will never touch my hair again... I ASKED IN GOOD FAITH TO REFUND ME HALF MY MONEY IWAS TOLD NO.... So they charged me full price to ruin my hair color.... and I HAD TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO TRY FIX THE MESS THEY MADE OF MY HAIR I now understand why they are only rated a one.. I myself wouldn't give them a one.... Good luck to anyone who would take a chance on this salon.... FYI an added note when you get you legs waxed you have to go home and shave.... cause she misses half the hair when waxing.... Tammy

I hate to give such a bad review, but at Glamour Secrets I received the worst manicure I've ever…read morehad. The lighting where they did my manicure was so poor that it wasn't until I had left that I saw my nails had been filed crooked (some were on complete slants) and my shellac manicure was done poorly. The polish was applied haphazardly and the tips were not sealed correctly so it started to chip within a day. I live out of town so I could not return to the salon and ask them to fix my nails. If you are considering getting a manicure done here I would highly suggest going somewhere else.

I also had my makeup done there for a wedding trial and loved it. Eccentric is a professional studio and quite inexpensive based on what I usually pay. I am SO happy I found this little gem!!!!

Walk out with choppy uneven hair with a few inches shaved down to the scalp. A stylist named Kelly tried to fix it. She appologized profusely and even teared up trying to help me. The man that works the front cash called me on Monday and was raising his voice, said I was being dramatic, its only hair it'll grow back. I have been wearing bandanas and hats because I am so embarrassed. My friend who is a retired stylist came to my home and did what she could. She was in shock saying she knew it was bad but she never imagined it was this bad. There is no excuse for what was done to me. I have a customer facing job where I need to look respectable. I now have a short haircut which will take years to grow back with a ton of hair just gone. I spent 3 days crying over what was done to me. The salons refusal gaslighting of the situation stating she did what I asked her to do and to get over it just shows how little they care. There is no accountability.
