We then discussed scheduling and because of my work schedule, I had limited availability during there business hours; she agreed to provide the service that same day. Every step of the process was explained during the procedure and Sarita showed true concern for my comfort during the process. My results were amazing. I can't belive I hesitated to have this done. I won't pretend that it wasn't painful- even with multiple applications of numbing cream. I have a high tolerance for pain and I would say I'd rate the pain at 5-6/10. Would I do it again? I was hesitant because once a hair is plucked from my eyebrow it likely won't grow back for a VERY long time. I put my faith in Chi and her work. And wow was I so pleasantly surprised. She is soft spoken, and wonderful to chat with during your appointment. She's as real as it gets. She has a beautiful shop at Jefferson Tower. She offers additional service like micro-blading and brow-shaping as well. She's also teaching now - how legit is that? Boss. She tries to work with your schedule and is very good about letting you know if she can get you in earlier than expected. I have had TERRIBLE customer service from Christie. I went to her about 2 years ago to get my brows…read moredone. I made an appointment in October because it was time for a refresh. I scheduled the appointment in August. I am a busy executive, and had a meeting come up for my appointment day/time that I couldn't miss. I sent a message asking if I would be able to move my appointment rather than cancel because I didn't want to lose my deposit and I only needed to reschedule. I sent the message at least a week prior to my appointment but received no answer. I then sent another message via her contact us button but once again never received a response. I then sent a message via text. She answered and asked for screenshots which I sent. I never heard back. I've now followed up two more times with zero reply. To be treated this way is unacceptable. I have been a supporter of her business, even referring four clients to her. I love supporting women-owned businesses and believe in referring business; however, I will not be treated poorly by anyone. I'm quite sure her business will go on just fine without me or the 4 people I referred, but she'll never get another nickel of my money. Too many people out here doing this same work for me to put up with this BS. I also put the deposit on my AMEX, so they will make sure I get my money back thank goodness. Never again.
