I decided to ask my friends where they go and a number of them replied with Rapunzel, so I decided to give it a shot. The place is great! Funky design, good tunes, and above all, talented stylists. I've only done haircuts, no colour or highlights, but the outcome has been exactly what I wanted every time. Plus, you get a "touch up" halfway to your next haircut, just to keep it fresh! This place gets two thumbs up from me =D

I haven't had my eyebrows waxed in years because they are usually just fine on their own. But I wanted it to have a tiny bit more curve. I knew exactly which two very small areas needed to be waxed for that to happen and asked for that when I made the appointment. And also re-told them when I was there seconds before the wax even touched my skin. I wanted the ends completely left alone because they were already pretty thin by themselves. The middle between my eyebrows was no hair, hardly ANY peach fuzz at all. Well, it was the middle and the ends that got waxed and now I have TWO LINES straight across and down rather than a beautiful arch. /-- --\ they look like this!!!! I'm so upset. Then, also, I was being stared at while using my debit card and I felt like I HAD to give a tip. I gave the lowest amount on the screen but didn't even want to pay anything because it was 100% opposite of what I asked for. I will never again trust someone to do what I am wanting done when I can just do it myself. This is ridiculous.
