The installers were Terry & Corey; they removed my ugly ceramic tile contertops and kept in communication with their shop when they found some additional measurements that needed to be added. They were very kind and patient and extremely professional. They cleaned as they worked, were very neat, and actually did some added features that I had requested with a great attitude. I must say both were very concientous and meticulous and Terry especially is a true perfectionist. He came back a few days later to complete some finish work and made sure I was happy. Why? 1) there's NO help with measuring your screens, just vague, verbal, seat-of-the-pants "guidelines"...no specific or written instructions at all...unless you want to pay the high-high service fee and have them do an on-site. DIY is sketchy at best 2) looong re-screening lead times...and actually, looooong lead times if buying new screens. We did both, it took 5-weeks for a small job. Not a big house we have. 3) They say they'll "contact you" when stuff is ready for pickup...guess what? Never a call...or email...or text. Nada 4) Rudeness. There's just an "attitude" with these people. Unfriendly vibe. So, no, I can't review them low enough. Use them at your own discretion. I bet donuts to dollars you'll come away just like me.

He was from the get go punctual, professional and respectful and we were very happy with the finished result. Around 4 years later I called him because one of the two blinds was no longer opening or closing without getting bound up. We had to schedule quite far out because he was so busy but he returned as scheduled in two vans with his helper just in case he needed assistance and within about 45 minutes had it working well again. As before, he was punctual, polite and respectful and to my surprise he did not even charge me for his service call. I was expecting to have to pay for his time given that it was around 4 years later. Matt showed by his kind actions that he is all about service and that he values his customers and a long term relationship with them. I cannot recommend him and his company highly enough.
