The woman Laura said she had a problem with the micro needle cord and had to order one. She never got back to her client who was waiting on her to let her know when it would arrive. She ended up waiting to decide what else to get done because the real thing she wanted was a face treatment and not her hair or something done. The year was almost up and she was about to just go through with a hair treatment or nails for her vacation. But that's when COVID- pandemic hit. Then the gift certificate expired. She hasn't called to complain because she truely feels this wouldn't have happend had the facial treatment lady would have just reached out to the client like a buisiness person should, and not the other way around. $100.00 lost and the main reason she feels like it's a big deal is because the woman Laura knew that it was a gift certificate because the client told her in excitement over the phone while discussing the face treatment. But since it was already paid for so she felt like Laura didn't care since the money was already placed in the salon. Just saying that's $100.00 and can't get that back thanks a lot.

I was visiting from out of state and had made the mistake of coloring my own hair prior to my trip. Big mistake. So, upon a recommendation from a friend, I viewed a recent before/after on their Facebook page. I was stunned at how similar the hair of the client on the page was to mine. Then, to see the "after" pic was EXACTLY what I wanted. So, I contacted the salon hoping they would be able to squeeze me in because I was leaving town today. They put me in touch with the stylist/colorist, Vanessa. I cannot say enough good things about her work! She has a gift. My hair was basically orange and brassy and she corrected the color and tone, gave me a much needed cut and now my hair is soft, silky, glossy and beautiful! I feel like a new woman! She was so patient and took her time to really care for my hair. We had such a nice morning...She asked what I wanted for the final result and we discussed different options along the way. She told me exactly what she was doing through all the steps, which reassured me. I couldn't be happier! I had an opportunity to watch all of the other staff through my morning and it was clear that all of the ladies and their clients were very happy and committed to each other...taking the time to ask about families and leaving with smiles on their faces. Fast forward 5-6 months she has opened up her own business here and is doing what she loves! She offers specials for first time guests as well as occasional deals. Honestly I have yet to find any colorist that does as well as she while keeping prices affordable/reasonable . I went back in December at this new spot and it is perfectly charming with a cute boutique in the front that offers clothing, jewelry and more. I'm planning to come back to see her soon, totally worth the 45 min drive!

I was just looking for a nice place close to my daughter, I get lost a lot... LOL, and I found Tangles in Springfield TN. I called on 12-18 and got an appointment with Billie Jo for 12-23, just in time for Christmas. I have very thick, long ( mid-back) hair, and I'm usually in the chair at least an hour. Billie Jo washed, dried and styled my hair in 30 min. She listened to my concerns, and did my hair perfectly, not flat ironing too much and giving my bangs some volume. My hair looks natural, and I feel so much prettier. Thank you Billie Jo Grant!!!!
