The woman Laura said she had a problem with the micro needle cord and had to order one. She never got back to her client who was waiting on her to let her know when it would arrive. She ended up waiting to decide what else to get done because the real thing she wanted was a face treatment and not her hair or something done. The year was almost up and she was about to just go through with a hair treatment or nails for her vacation. But that's when COVID- pandemic hit. Then the gift certificate expired. She hasn't called to complain because she truely feels this wouldn't have happend had the facial treatment lady would have just reached out to the client like a buisiness person should, and not the other way around. $100.00 lost and the main reason she feels like it's a big deal is because the woman Laura knew that it was a gift certificate because the client told her in excitement over the phone while discussing the face treatment. But since it was already paid for so she felt like Laura didn't care since the money was already placed in the salon. Just saying that's $100.00 and can't get that back thanks a lot.

I have gone back and fourth on leaving this review but I think people need to be warned. Let me…read morestart by saying that Alicia Woodard is no longer the owner of this salon. She was my stylist for years and I loved her. She sold it because she moved away. I started going to the new owner, Chelsea who was at the time a stylist there. Alicia left her my color formula but not once did the color come close to what I was use to. She would keep me at the bowl, toning me over and over trying to find the color I was going after and it really started getting over processed. I continued going because I thought maybe it was just taking her time to learn me and my hair. That was not the case. The final straws for me was her over thinning my hair when I was growing it out and leaving me at the bowl while she took a phone call. I set there for a while panicking and when she came over, she had to redo it because the color was gray almost. I walked out not happy and texted her that I wasn't happy with how she cut it and the color. I had been growing it out and each time I went to her, my hair was shorter when I left. She thinned it so much on the right side, that it took a huge chunk out and later said that s what I asked her for. Her explanation to me was, that's what I asked her. No mam, I did not. Up to that point, she wasn't thinning, only slightly using the razer on it for direction. She later said that she thought it was thicker than what she realized. When I got home, I did reach out to her and she apologized for it. and the color I wasn't happy with. She told me that my next visit she would fix. This last time, we couldn't find the color I was telling her I wanted because I like a light blond and she kept showing me dirty blond swabs. At the bowl, she said that she wasn't going to tone it. I did like the color but It quickly turned yellow and it started coming out in the shower. When I sent her a picture of what I lost, she told me that if It kept up that I might want to check my thyroid. My bloodwork was perfect and it has continued falling out and is so dry that I can't wash it without adding a conditioner with it to get my fingers through. it. I told her that my hair was in the worst shape it had ever been in and she said it just needed an oil treatment. I have not been back. She justified every concern I had over and over and It's my fault for going back over and over. Its just so hard finding a stylist and I was hoping that she would learn. Now I am dealing with hair loss everyday and even reached out to a dermatologist for options. I'm now on a medicine to try and grow back and I have found another stylist who is doing her best to save my hair. It is very thin now. She had a lot of personal things going on and I believe she was, is so preoccupied that she really was just going through the motions to get me in and out. I've had to shorten my experiences and trying to give key points. Please don't go to this salon and use her. Research before allowing anybody to touch your hair. I am devastated over my hair and the loss I experience daily and I don't want anyone else to suffer as I am right now. Chelsea over processed and over lapped the bleach to get me to this point. Please stay away from this place.

I was visiting from out of state and had made the mistake of coloring my own hair prior to my trip. Big mistake. So, upon a recommendation from a friend, I viewed a recent before/after on their Facebook page. I was stunned at how similar the hair of the client on the page was to mine. Then, to see the "after" pic was EXACTLY what I wanted. So, I contacted the salon hoping they would be able to squeeze me in because I was leaving town today. They put me in touch with the stylist/colorist, Vanessa. I cannot say enough good things about her work! She has a gift. My hair was basically orange and brassy and she corrected the color and tone, gave me a much needed cut and now my hair is soft, silky, glossy and beautiful! I feel like a new woman! She was so patient and took her time to really care for my hair. We had such a nice morning...She asked what I wanted for the final result and we discussed different options along the way. She told me exactly what she was doing through all the steps, which reassured me. I couldn't be happier! I had an opportunity to watch all of the other staff through my morning and it was clear that all of the ladies and their clients were very happy and committed to each other...taking the time to ask about families and leaving with smiles on their faces. I highly recommend Mia Bella and Vanessa!

I was just looking for a nice place close to my daughter, I get lost a lot... LOL, and I found Tangles in Springfield TN. I called on 12-18 and got an appointment with Billie Jo for 12-23, just in time for Christmas. I have very thick, long ( mid-back) hair, and I'm usually in the chair at least an hour. Billie Jo washed, dried and styled my hair in 30 min. She listened to my concerns, and did my hair perfectly, not flat ironing too much and giving my bangs some volume. My hair looks natural, and I feel so much prettier. Thank you Billie Jo Grant!!!!
