I, however, have been working with Elizabeth for 6+ months as an event photographer for Yelp events... and I would be totally lost without her. The exhibit was for students of both Akron & Kent State University to express their talents and some of the work I viewed was very interesting. Some of it was just so-so and a few pieces were very cool; as with any art show. The studio itself has some beautiful & I'm assuming original woodwork that I'd kill to have in my own home. I personally didn't mind all the stairs but this is definitely not a handicap accessible building :/ There is a cute little balcony and kitchen with refreshments...oh, how it would make a wonderful studio apartment!!! But if you're an artist looking to have a showing, it has great space, plenty of natural light and wall space! I was just bummed at the lack of sculpture - maybe next time.
