Her technique and knowledge was perfect for what I was expecting and her demeanor and professionalism is top notch. She's located on the bottom level of the Liberty Building in a small room toward the back that seems to work for her business...so much so that its difficult to get in to see her on a moments notice because she's quite popular and has a very jam packed schedule so don't be surprised if your appointment gets booked 3-4 weeks out. The initial massage for first timers is only $30 which is really nice since you normally would like to try it out for the first time before committing long term. I wanted to get him another one and I stopped by one day and there was no one in the store. I waited... waited some more and waiting some more. Called the store to maybe get someone's attention.... nothing. No signs up, door unlocked... but no one around. I left and thought I'd try again later after running some errands. Came back about an hour and a half later to the same thing except there was a sign on the front desk this time saying "sorry for the inconvenience we are currently busy." ?!??? Not set up to be very efficient when I was here an hour and a half ago with no help and now your busy ? I called the store probably seven times, no answer so I just said "hello" to see if anyone was in the building and just didn't hear me come in... I waited about ten minutes and two people finally popped out a room and said "can I help you?!?! " in the rudest tone. And I asked if it would be possible to purchase a giftcard ? And one of them says ...." ummm.. yea. Give me a minute." And the other says... "uhh... there's a sign up." And walks back into the room. I waited almost ten more minutes and left.
