You won't find a better person or salon in Princeton to go to. I'm 58 years old now and met Jodi when I was 20 years old. She's more than a beautician to those that go to The Cutting Edge. She quickly and easily becomes a friend. I've never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes to get called to the chair. Her prices on services are competitive and reasonable. If you haven't tried The Cutting Edge why not give Jodi a call today! read more

Totally unprofessional salon! Mercedes did not listen to what I wanted for highlights. I tried…read moretelling her when started that she wasn't doing it right but she continued with the way she was doing it. I have layered hair, when she cut the bottom layer of the back of my hair. She did not touch the rest. It literally took her 15 seconds to cut and she was done. I was not happy and asked to speak to a manager. She totally lied to the manager and told her that she asked me if I wanted the layers cut! I asked the manager to watch the videos from the camera and she would she that she did not cut anything else and she refused. I was accused of being rude for stating that I did not get what I was being asked to pay for. It's hard not to get angry when someone is lying right in front of you, it's even harder when the other person believes them.

She works out of her home and her setup is cute and relaxing. She was very accommodating, I was able to make an appointment in the evening on the same day. Just keep in mind, she lives on a residential street so parking was hard to find in the evening. This was probably the closest to painfree waxing for me which is always a good thing! Within 5 hours one of my nails already broke off. The guy that did them said "i don't know if i can do that but i will try" Even though they were PLAIN light blue nails.

Lacey cut my hair and did great. She took the time to make sure both she and I were happy with it. Awesome lady, highly recommend. Only critique is that the radio played "Come Sail Away" by Styx and I think that song is overrated. Not His & Her's fault though and it has no impact on my review. 5

What a Gem! I'm new to the community and just stumbled on…read morethis joint. Rumor has it that it's owned/operated by the "Best Barber this side of the Mississippi"! Although the owner claims that he doesn't cut women's hair he has been known to make an exception. It boast a tasteful sportsman lounge decor and all the while welcoming both Women & Cubs Fans. Don't need a haircut? Well then just stop in to say hello, check the score of your favorite team and help yourself to a cup of coffee. I would have given Homan's 5 stars if it hadn't been for the powder coffee creamer... 5 STARS for the haircut!
