We came to Infinity Salon from the Smart Styles salon in the Republic Wal-Mart where Kristen used to work. Stylist Kristen gives us the same attention to detail now as she did at her previous place of employment! I would definitely recommend going to Infinity Salon and asking for Stylist Kristen if you love personal attention to detail when getting your hair done.

She took my name & number & I immediately got a text saying I made an appointment. I arrive promptly at 345, she had someone else in the chair in the middle of a cut. She looked at me & said nothing. I waited a few minutes to give her a chance for an explanation. Nothing. I said how long will you be...oh not long. Nothing else. No apology. No explanation. I guess she thought my time was not important. Manners made me bite my tongue but I decided I would find a business that values my time & business.

I normally am not one to write a bad review, but I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. I…read moretotally get that this is a budget friendly option, and you get what you pay for, but this was just well below an already low bar I had set. My appointment was just one bad thing after another. It started with them saying "we are running behind" to only find out that couldn't find my appointment and needed to let other people ahead of me. Then to the stylist complaining about the length and thickness of my hair. Then to her not even touching the back of my head while "washing" it. I was also charged extra for a blow dry because of my hair's thickness (1. It's not even that thick and 2. I was told immediately after she got my hair soaking wet so I had no choice but to agree to the up-charge.) The worst part it she made me STAND UP FOR THE ENTIRE CUT. She kept making jokes about how tall I am and how I'll "be able to sit down and relax soon". It was so uncomfortable. The cut was literally a straight line across and she did not even touch my face framing pieces. Just a straight line across the bottom of my hair. She didn't even use a comb to make sure the line was even. The stylist was trying to sell me their products the whole time. She was not gentle with brushing my hair at all. My hair was not completely dry after blowing drying. I think I have given myself better haircuts in the 4th grade with kitchen scissors. I'm giving two stars because I honestly feel bad for them, they were super busy. But if you care about how your hair looks don't go there. I paid $50 for my hair to look like I had a mental breakdown and cut it myself.
