Immediately I called them, being there only once before and begged to have them fix it. After hearing what happened the women squeezed us in within 30 minutes. We got there and they had every single hairdresser come over and give tips and help. They were so nice so helpful. They fixed it the best as they could, somehow got the haircut we originally wanted and let us make another appointment in a month to make it better. They had us in within half an hour with a full schedule that day, absolutely fixed his hair AND THEY DID THIS ALL FOR FREE! Those women are miracle workers. If you go anywhere in town, go here, you won't regret it!

Hey it's a place to get your hair done right? Being in the…read moremall I'm sure helps spur a lot of business for this place, and I can see why it would. Albert Lea is a small town, and there are (from what I've seen) four places to get your "do" done. My partner and I stopped in here so he could get his hair trimmed up as the place he would normally go wasn't open, and he has had it done here before. The woman who cut his hair (who apparently is the owner?) did an okay job on it... but it did not look nearly as "done" as it would have had he gone to the normal barber shop. It was a very good effort but it really seemed like she was fighting him on her technique and what SHE thought would look best on him. All in all, it was a decently priced cut, still looked ok (he always looks good haha), but I don't think either of us will be back unless the barber shop is closed. I'm sure for many of the people that live in the area this place does just fine, but there's a big difference in creative control, and completely ignoring the clients wants.
